PLAYER ABUSE (SKY_RICH CAN YOU HELP)
just played a game, and i kid u not the abuse this player was giving to other players was sick, referring to players dead mothers abusing women on the table,
I told sky customer services and what did they do
nothing
it carried on the whole game.........
so step forward sky poker and give a few answers please

And as regards to what was said, lets put it this way, it went along the lines off
"she is probebly dead because i put too much **** in her mouth"
So if you think this is harmful banter, you are just as bad
If you have reported it to customer services something will be done about it.
They are not miracle workers who can act immediately. They have to go through the chat and then act accordingly.
Some of the chat is downright abusive and needs to be stopped.
Well it is harmless banter, its childish pathetic and my biggest critisism or it is its bloody boring! Not harmful though.

If the Player said what was reported, action WILL be taken.
But it's not "instant" - in the interests of fairness, they cannot take your word for it, they have to go through the Chat Logs first, then someone has to decide what action is required.
Such comments will NEVER be acceptable on this Site, but also, justice needs to be handled with care to ensure it's meted out correctly.
like i said before harmless banter i can handle, but pure extreme abuse really p****** me off.
NP! wether u appreciate my reply or not, theres 2 ways to deal with it, get all wound up, probably start playing differently (badly), get down about it, moan, start a thread here etc etc, or just ignore it and report it later.
I know which en Id rather do.

Dohhh love your posts becauise you are pinch of salts funny, but you have to accept people that cant take a bad beat and don't laugh at some nobodies abusing them can be put off there game.
The player in question was extremely rude and disgusting. And to be honest if it was you or DOHHH and this person said this to you face to face im 10000% sure your response would be different to "its alright its banter"
Like i said before "banter" is fine and to be honest i enjoy it (its part of the game), however ABUSE is different..
It seems that some players see this as acceptable, i however and 99% of the sky poker community members see this is UNACCEPTABLE.
ps is that place been rebuilt yet??

Thanx Dav, I just want to clarify though....that I don't think these comments are acceptable at all. I have never used that word throughout this thread.
I just think you're gonna get it all over, whatever poker site you play on. Its gonna be part of your poker playing experience, wether that be right or wrong. I'd try and use it to my advantage. The players obviously tempramental - (is that spelt right merenovice? more help with my english please.lol) he's getting wound up upset or frustrated, all of which r an advantag to me as his oppo. If there was a buddy list on sky like other sites I wud immediately 'befriend' him and follow him round. Easy money.
Just to state again, I do not think the language and abuse given by this fella is right or acceptable, I just think there are easier ways to deal with it than to kick up a fuss and get upset by it.
Let the 1diots come on, splash their 20 quid about abit, throw some abuse out when it goes wrong, and log off - 20 quid worse off!
