my proudest moment in poker? no contest for me,has to be sitting down at the main event wsop 2011 thanks to sky, something i had dreamed about for years, still dream about my aa getting cracked three times lol
Hi Ryan hope you feel better soon. I have a terrible cold and before I started typing this my eyes were running so much, when I looked up at the tv channel 861 Richard had turned in to anna and you had turned into james
Thanks for showing my mastercash hand. Reasons for calling the dry 4 bet pre? We are super deep and 3 handed. Things are likely to get fruity with everyone forced into action each hand. 1010 is a monster 3 handed and maybe I regret not 4 betting and isolating. The dry 4 bet is never AA-JJ so essentially I was playing RossyBees range which is quite wide 3 handed. It includes small pp's, suited connectors and premium hands, however as said he is never bluffing in this position when he shoves the flop. I had to narrow his range which included sets, overpairs and the flush draws. I decided too many hands were beating me in his range and decided to fold.
I get my money in if RossyBee folds flop as the dry 4 bet is almost never beating me here.
Alright then chaps, this hand is from Master Cash 2:

I'd been getting beaten up on this table a bit, to be honest. I'd been playing too wide a range and had been forced to fold a lot of hands post-flop as well as being caught out folding pre-flop to 3-bets. I'd been playing like a fish, basically.
As a result, when Wilhelm 3-bets my button raise, I think he can be doing it with pretty much any two cards. So I call to play the flop in position.
I get a good flop and call the c-bet. No dramas there.
The turn is less than brilliant. However, I know Wilhelm is going to want to rep this card a lot, so I can't just believe his second barrel. I also know that if I call here, I'll have to call all-in on lots of rivers.
The river brings in a lot of draws and I don't like it one bit. At the same time, I know Wilhelm will want to rep a card like this, too, because it changes the texture of the board a lot....
Does Bryan think I just stationed Wilhelm here a little... If so, at what stage should I have folded, given my reads?

(This is the hand I didn't want to be shown last Thursday. lol)
Evening all, just a heads up on a super 6 league i have been running, head over to punter's corner via the forum, FREE to enter and chance to win the £1 MILLION in this weeks super 6, i have over 40 in the league and growing, join in the fun and banter each week.
I posted my best moment very quickly earlier so didn't go into detail but yeah my proudest moment was definitely being picked by Tikay for Team Sky Poker. It was a great experience playing my biggest ever live MTT, the £1100 Monte Carlo at DTD and spending the night before with some of the best players on the site... Thewy, Tommy, Ryan etc
I can't give you my super six results cos I don't wanna split my jackpot with other people*
My best moment on sky poker has definatley got to be the other night when i was playing in a tournament and went all in with 2/7 - cards i see horrible, someone called with pocket aces, i was gutted until i saw 227 flop!!!! #fullhouse im loving it
Other than that i think im doing poor overall on sky poker, maybe im playing too tight, too loose, or maybe just getting unlucky ive just sat'ed into the 3k rebuy tonight
Have you got any tips when you keep getting bad hands in tournaments?
- do you loosen up?
- because the tournaments im playing in people tend to raise as im getting horrid hands.
wining gukpt seat for 2.50 and min casing that was good moment req Hand History #689674077 (22:18 12/09/2013)was my re raise the right size cunsidering we all 100 big blind ish, also bd call out of small blind one of those i surpose. would be nice to see my hand on tv also 1st time post
i think my greatest poker achievment is playing in 2 spt's and cashing in both. the first at birmingham when i finished 11th and my second at newcastle and finished 6th. look forward to playing more in the future and getting smashed with the community.
Here's a hand that took place in the last few mins on Mastercash 4. Do you think my river raise is a bit too thin? I figured Batkin for an OP that she wouldn't put down to a small raise.

Still gutted I didn't win it though
