I had virtually exactly the same situation in the same tourney when just in the money:-

Short stack goes all in from the button and in the SB I reraise all in to isolate with A4. Pretty similar eh? Only in my case the BB (Jordz16) wakes up with JJ and knocks out both of us.

So my big weakness is I don't run like Thewy! Onwards and upwards.
