it's good to see that as well as the forum regs posting on this thread, there are also a good many new forum members. I think the last time this sort of thing was ran by tikay there were also a lot of first time and newish members taking part.
don't be shy keep posting on threads and ask questions, you'll find that the majority are a very helpful bunch
I have taken a proofed copy of all the entries, so we can now re-open this thread & have a bit of a fun sweat.
As Scouse Red mentioned, we had entries from lots of people who rarely post on the Community (10 with 20 or less Posts, 6 with 10 or less). Hang around, post more, the Community needs as many regulars as possible.
Guarantees yesterday came to £39,000, & Prize Pools came to £49,290, which is 26.38% above Guarantee.
If we extrapolated that figure in a straight line over the entire UKOPS XIII 4 days, the £163,000 in Guarantees would yield a total Prize Pool of £206,000.
So the "as it stands" table of those nearest looks like this.....
Guarantees yesterday (Day Two) came to £34,000, & Prize Pools came to £36,328, which is 6.8% above Guarantee.
Over the first 2 days, Guarantees came to £73,000, & Prize Pools came to £85,618, which is 17.2% above Guarantees.
If we extrapolated that figure in a straight line over the entire UKOPS XIII 4 days, the £163,000 in Guarantees would yield a total Prize Pool of £191,036.
So the "as it stands" table of those nearest now looks like this.....
Guarantees yesterday (Day Three) came to £51,000, & Prize Pools came to £54,481, which is 6.8% above Guarantee.
Over the first 3 days, Guarantees came to £124,000, & Prize Pools came to £139,889, which is 12.8% above Guarantees.
If we extrapolated that figure in a straight line over the entire UKOPS XIII 4 days, the £163,000 in Guarantees would yield a total Prize Pool of £183,864.
So the "as it stands" table of those nearest now looks like this.....
hhyftrftdr - Thursday Night BH Main Event, value £33
johnboy825 - Tuesday night Turbo Main Event (TONIGHT) value £11
timeforbed - Tuesday night Mini Event (TONIGHT) value £5.50
Congratulations to all three, & all being well, we'll do this again for the next UKOPS.
I don't really have any means of contacting johnboy or timeforbed, so if any of you know them, or are in a team with them, please let them know they have these Free Entries TONIGHT. (They are not transferable, sorry).
I'm assuming that hhyetc will know about this, as when he is not on patrol, policing Team Grumble, he appears to be omnipresent.
Objection . (Not that this will/should affect the results posted). I maybe missing something here, but while doing the results last night, I did notice the following..... Turbo Freezeout 9 21:00 £11.00 £2,500 , made £2,070 -17.2% How can the above make less than the guarantee? Really not trying to open a can of worms here, just curious. Posted by MAXALLY
Morning Alan.
It was just badly worded by me.
It "made" the £2,500 Guarantee, obviously, but only £2,070 came via Entries.
In Response to Re: UKOPS XIII - Free to Enter Competition, with Prizey things. : Morning Alan. It was just badly worded by me. It "made" the £2,500 Guarantee, obviously, but only £2,070 came via Entries. No can, no worms. Posted by Tikay10
Can you double check this as the lobby says £2070!
EDIT - Just added it up and £2070 was the amount paid out. Would be good if someone from sky could go through all the tournaments that didn't make the guarantees to see if this has happened elsewhere
