Looks like a decent season for your bets, congratulations. Posted by splashies
It has. Also sitting on Sevilla for Europa League & Palace for the FA Cup but as I didn't put them in this thread, I haven't included them. Had Bilbao & Everton as losers as well though.

Final Day of the season and we often get some freak results with the number of goals going up & yellow cards going down. Might be worth throwing in a few over 4.5 goals or any other scores on Betfair.
nice work its nearly al over what are we to do for the rest ov summer lol theres always the euros i supose games left il b glad for the break next season il be starting a bankroll challenge to see how far i can spin up my roll your chamiponship results are impressive very tough league to get win results in
Sheffield Wednesday lost the Playoff Final but I think they are great value for next season.
I don't like betting too early for next season but the 20/1 available on Wednesday is going to look like a snip by August. They were the most improved SBC side last season and would have been much closer but for just one win in the opening seven matches. I expect them to go 15-20 points better next season which will at least make them mighty close.
Some may argue that SBC will be stronger with Newcastle, Villa & Norwich in it. While relegated sides tend to do relatively well, I don't see that these three will adapt any better than Burnley & Hull did last season. Norwich will be close. Newcastle probably will be close although I think Villa need a big improvement.
Wednesday already have a top six side & look good to emulate Boro by following up a Playoff Final failure with automatic promotion the following season. However, I hear the commitment inside the Club to get promotion is absolute and that bids have been lined for three new players all in excess of £3m each and one over £10m with a view to having the squad ready by the begining of July.
Realistically the only other contenders are the three relegated sides plus Derby & Brighton. Newcastle are no value at 9/4 but will be there abouts if Benitez hangs around. Norwich are decent value at 10/1 as they are stronger now than when they went up two years ago while Derby will have fans at 12/1.
20/1 is a cracking price; as is 9/2 for promotion. They will be long gone once the season starts.

In Response to Re: Tiger's Football Tips : Good luck Wednesday. How are you getting on? Posted by splashies
Excellent value for at least a Top three place. Probably even better for Top Six when odds appear.
I am mixed health wise. Struggling to eat so going to have Radiotherapy to help me. It won't be a cure but will just make life easier for me (apart from the side effects).

Best of luck. Hope things improve.
Also looking forward to your full list of bets for next season.
The Toon are justifiable favourites but represent no value at this price. However, it does mean that better odds are available elsewhere. Newcastle have dealt well in the transfer market, shipping out high wage earners, bringing in good SBC players whilst maintaining the strength of the squad.
Norwich City 9/1
The Canaries are in that gap between the PL & SBC. They struggled in the PL last season but were too good for SBC the season before. They can be pretty much relied upon to be there or thereabouts come May.
Aston Villa 10/1
The least predictable of the relegated sides. They were poor last season and may need a season to adapt to this division. They have brought in a new manager so pretty much anything could happen.
Derby County 12/1
Always thereabouts but seem to lack that magic to get into the top two. They keep changing the manager in the hope that will make the difference. This season Nigel Pearson gets the gig. Will that see a step up or a step down?
Brighton 14/1
Had an outstanding season but will be difficult to match against clubs with more financial muscle. Chris Hughton is doing a fantastic job but will do well to match last year's finish.
Wolves 16/1
Little to justify this price other than the anticipation that new owners will pour money into the team. Even so, it will take at least a season for players to settle in.
Sheff Wed 18/1
The 20/1 has gone and 18/1 is scarce now. A bad start left them struggling last season but the signing of Forestieri, Bannan & Hooper got them to the playoffs. This season, they have added Steven Fletcher with a couple more signings lined up. I expect them to be a lot closer this season.
I think that these teams will be the main contenders with perhaps only one team coming out of the pack to challenge.
While the Championship is quite easy to predict, L1 & L2 are much tougher with greater movement from season to season making it less predictable but here goes.
Hull City appear to be in a mess and Relegation looks certain even before we kick off. I prefer the odds for them to finish bottom so let's add
Hull City to Finish Bottom at 11/5
I will also add Jamie Vardy for Top Goalscorer at 18/1, particularly as it is possible to pick up six places with some companies. Aguero & Kane lead the market but at short prices but we have a shot at winning here with a good saver on a place. with Vardy.
PL Hull City to Finish Bottom of PL at 11/5 (Now 7/2) EFL Championship Sheffield Wednesday To Win (E/W) at 20/1 (now 28/1) Sheffield Wednesday Top Six at 13/8 (now 5/2) Brighton Top Six at 6/4 (now 4/7) Burton to be Relegated at 11/10 (now 2/1) Bristol City Top Half at 11/8 (now 5/6) Huddersfield Bottom Half at 5/6 (now 11/4) QPR Top London Club at 7/4 (now 17/10) Derby Top Midlands Club at 2/1 (now 2/1) Preston Top North West Club at 5/2 (15/13) Sheff Wed To Win Hcap +16 at 18/1 EFL - L1 Millwall to Win (E/W) at 11/1 (now 11/2) Millwall Top Six at 6/4 (now 1/2) Bradford Top Six at 13/8 (now 10/11) Swindon to be Relegated at 11/4 (now 3/1) Shrewsbury to be Relegated 3/1 (now 7/4) Coventry Top Half at 8/11 (now 15/8) Nicky Ajose Top Goalscorer at 9/1 (now 12/1) Paddy Madden Top Goalscorer at 12/1 (now 33/1) Leon Clarke Top Goalscorer at 16/1 (now 33/1) Kieren Agard Top Goalscorer at 12/1 (now 16/1) EFL - L2 Carlisle to Win (E/W) at 16/1 (now 12/1) Notts Co to Win (E/W) at 25/1 (now 33/1) Luton Tn To Win (e/w) at 7/1 (now 6/1) Carlisle Top Seven at 7/4 (now Evens) Cheltenham Top Seven at 3/1 (now 3/1) Cheltenham Top Half at 6/5 (now Evens) Danny Holman Top Goalscorer at 25/1 (now 100/1) Danny Wright Top Goalscorer at 50/1 (now 50/1) Matt Green Top Goalscorer at 33/1 (now 16/1) Posted by Ice_Tiger
Reasonably happy so far with a couple of bets going the right way. A couple of injuries have hit our goal scorers but will do updates next week.
A couple of bets today as we start our 16/17 season seriously.
Barnsley v Fulham
This should be a high corners match. The Tykes home corners have been 16-5-11-14-14 this season while the Cottagers away corners have been 14-13-7-15-11. Bet TWO Points on Over 10.5 Corners at 1.975.
Blackburn v Ipswich
This should be a low corners match. Rovers' home corners have been 10-13-7-10-4 this season while the Tractor Boys away corners have been 10-7-10-4-11. Bet TWO Points on Under 10.5 Corners at 8/11.

Bristol R v Gillingham 2-1 wins at 9.2 Cheltenham v Crawley 2-1 wins at 10.5
At £10 per bet, £117 profit this week on correct scores.
Six small bets for this midweek's football. All matches are TWO POINT bets.
Brighton v Wolves
This should be a low corners match. The Seagulls last five home corners have been 8-9-8-6-7 while four of Wolves six away matches have failed to reach the 10.5 Corner line. Bet at 8/11.
QPR v Bristol C
Rangers home corner totals have been 15-15-12-10-12 and City's away corner totals have been 15-15-16-11-12-4 so a high total looks good value. Bet Over 10.5 Corners at 2.00
Cardiff v Sheff Wed
This looks a likely low corners game. City's home corners have been 4-8-7-16-7-4 while Wednesday's away corners have been 8-6-4-13. Bet Under 10.5 Corners at 8/11
Colchester v Morecambe
This should be a high scoring game. The U's recent home matches have totalled 5-5-5-3-0 goals while the Shrimpers away matches have totalled 5-3-4-3 goals. Bet on Over 2.5 Goals at 1.88.
Exeter v Cambridge
This should be a low scoring game with the Grecians home totals being 1-1-2-2-0 while the U's away goal totals have been 2-1-0-3-3-2. Bet on Under 2.5 Goals at 1.90
Portsmouth v Notts Co
This should be a high scoring game with Pompey's last four home games having 3-6-6-3 goals while the Magpie's last five away matches had 3-4-5-2-4 goals. Bet on Over 2.5 Goals at 1.98
