Hello,

I initially said I wasn't going to join in this year, only because I dont think I will be playing anywhere near as much as last year, due to playing a lot more live tournaments, going to vegas for 6 weeks in the summer, and having to do my Masters degree dissertation and other work. 

Although I have decided that if you will allow me, I would like to sign up again for 2016, as today I made my donation for the 2015 comp, and I realised that even if I don't come close to winning any of the leaderboards, it will be nice for someone else to help their chosen charity at the end of the year.

FYI,

After receiving feedback regarding the "points format" for the "Tournament Wins" comp.

1pt for the Speed BH was slightly favoured, so we will be adopting this system going forward.

Regarding trophy engraving. Chris's total last year will be "amended" from 84pts to 75pts (Chris won 9 SPEED BH's in 2015)

This way, meaningful comparisons can take place in future years.

Today is the last day for Competitors to register!

I will update the opening post with the final competitor list on 1st Feb, and will also provide up-to-date leader boards on that day.

As it stands, we have 16 competitors, a nice mixture of old and new faces, which is great!

Is it Ok to add this to the prize pool pot? Which is almost what you are doing.

It would work out as £20,£15,£10,£5 for the top four charities. That way it doesn't need to be separated from the prize pool and "broken out".

However, having said the above, it is your donation, and you have the right to split it as you wish.

My Aunt and Uncle, Lorraine Humphries and Dennis Smith are each sponsoring us £20.

This will go into the TLB prize pool for the charities of the top 4 competitors of the TLB comp.

Hi, a quick message for Aussie.

SoLack's charity is now decided. It will be "ST MICHAEL'S HOSPICE"

I have updated the opening post with the latest details/standings accordingly.

A msg for potential sponsors: It would be great if you could Sponsor us for 2016.

We set our selves a massive target from last year with £4,188 being collected in 2015.

This time last year we had over £1,200 of additional sponsorship (not including Competitor pledges.)

This year it is at £290. So we are quite a way short of last years totals, which is why we need your support more than ever  this year. As it would be amazing if we could beat last year's total.

Thanks again to all those who did sponsor us last year, and also a huge thank you, to those who have already made pledges for 2016.

Our donations in 2015 helped so many great charities 

It  really made a difference, making the world a little bit of a better place, for those less fortunate than ourselves.

If you can find it within yourself to support us again this year, it would be much appreciated.
