People can also feel free to join our team of horse racing form assessors and make suggestions and/or take part in the "horse removal" process. Graham I've transferred money over. something went wrong with the standing order when I changed from 28th to 24th as it's now starting on 24.11. 

I've changed that now and transfered. 

I tried emailing but messed that up.

The opening post has been updated with all the payments received. I am happy to say, that 100% of the payments have been successfully made, so we are good to go.

Everyone should have received an email entitled, "WELCOME TO THE JACKPOT SYNDICATE". Please read this email. There are a few people who, going forward need to update the reference field of their standing order to include their userid. subject) 
 
Please let me know if you HAVEN'T received the email.

Screen shots of the bank transactions have been sent to Dollie and Snuffer for their validation.

I noticed the Jackpot was not won today, so will rollover. It will be worth keeping track of the rollover amounts on this thread as we approach go-live.

Please also note that we still require volunteers to fill in for certain roles when people are unavailable. I have detailed these, at the bottom of the opening post. If you feel you could help, please post on this thread.

MKGUNNER is our resident "rollover watcher", so hopefully he will keep us updated on this thread.

I have now transferred the £925.00 from the Jackpot Syndicate Bank Account to the Betting Account.

I have updated the ledger on the opening post to now show the balance of funds being held in the Betting Account.

Both DOLLIE and SNUFFER have been emailed screen shots of the transactions.

Mmm, the Epsom card, some tricky races, others not so. I would say 70% chance of rollover imo.

I think whether the Epsom Jackpot will be won today largely depends upon two horses:

I think if both the above win it will almost certainly be won, if one of the above win, probably not, if neither win, almost certainly not.

Very surprised that it was only won to half a UNIT, with the three hotpots winning. The two I mentioned earlier and Leader's Legacy (11/8) in the 5th leg.

£10K a good dividend to a £1 UNIT as the SP accumulator only paid 3,657 to 1.

So, would we have won it using our process?

There is no doubt that we would have got through the first five legs, whether we would have had the last one, I am not so sure.

It would have been dependent upon the "removers" selections tbh.

I would very much doubt an evening meeting will be chosen for the jackpot meet, as its not prime time.There is the Brigadier Gerard meet at Sandown, which i used to go to , but the flat is in full swing by then.I can only think an allweather evening card would be chosen, if the turf daytime cards were abandoned, frozen, etc.Most of the time its obvious which meeting is the jackpot meeting.When its marginal, i think they wait until 10am on the day , to check for the NRs. Gl folks.
