woke up this morning worse for wear (again) and watched this at 11:30am on sky, i was laughing all the way through, although you have to make sure the kids are not in as its quite rude in places and the use of the 'f' word is very pronounced. If you liked 'something about mary', i would say you'll love this.

My fave cult 60's classics are 'Blow Up' with David Hemmings and 'Get Carter' with Michael Caine.

Love 'Rain Man' with Dustin Hoffman

Current day fave is the comedy 'I Love You Man' partly because of the 'RUSH' content.
It's also an easy going hilarious no brainer for when you just need a bit of light relief !

Man I'm a film geek, so many....EDIT: OK went a bit over the allowed 3 LOL, sorry.

Dead Mans Shoes - Favourite film of all time.  British film about a soldier who returns from duty.  A real must see.

    Shawshank Redemption - obvious reasons

The Breakfast Club - still represents school nowadays.  watch it at least once/month.

Home Alone 2 - takes me back to being 6, where I watched it every evening after school.

Lord of War -  Nicholas Cage leads in a story about an arms dealer.  It also has the best opening scene of any film ever.  If you can't be bother to watch the film, just youtube this scene.

The Mist - Adaptation of a Steven King short story.

Gone Baby Gone -  Casey Affleck in one of the best performaces of the last decade.  Would have been more well known here, but it was due for release around the time of the Maddy McCann disappearence, and because of the striking similarities it was delayed.  It is the kind of film which will really make you think for a long time afterward.

Terminator 2 - so ahead of its time, and still looks better than most CGI blockbusters of today

V for Vendetta - very, very harrowing about the next 50 years in the UK

Soylent Green - sci-fi film from the 70s about a possible future for mankind....

The Matrix - this film really does hammer home some deep questions.

High Fidelity - John Cusack is amazing in this plus amazing soundtrack and a story that most males can relate too.

Poolhall Junkies - kind of like Rounders but with pool.  Christopher Walken is in it too....

Import/Export - Foreign film about an Eastern European immigrant living in Austria.  Extremely eyeopening.

Moon - sci fi film from the 2009.  Sam Rockwell should get an Oscar for this performance.  One of the best sci-fi films ever IMO.
