Many thanks Micky for standing in for Phantom, great job with the tables.
VWP Zadoc! UL not to pip me in the weekly, I got very lucky to just hold on in a photo finish today.
Looks like it may be Ayr tomorrow, if not then possibly Wolverhampton.
Either way, it's a NO-GO, as we will not start until August.
AYR is quite a tough card anyway, plus thunderstorms are expected, adding to the uncertainty.
Tuesday 1st August, of course, is the start of the GOODWOOD festival, so there will be some tricky cards for sure.
So we will have to play it by ear, and wait for the right circumstances for our next attempt. If it does roll over again tomorrow, it is possible that there may be some decent carry over's at some point, if things happen to fall into place.
It's Wolverhampton today. Thanks Micky for keeping the weekly table going. Can you please email the spreadsheet and I will update the monthly and overall after today. Thanks also to Max for the daily results and V for keeping tabs on scores and WP G on the weekly win. Posted by Phantom66
The Jackpot almost certainly will be at GOODWOOD. The first race is very tricky indeed, we could have 8 selections and still not have the winner.
There is an odd-on shot in the 4th leg, in the form of BIG ORANGE.
At the moment the going is GOOD on the STRAIGHT course and GOOD-TO-SOFT on the round course. Heavy rain is expected on Wednesday, causing more uncertainty from Weds onwards.
Obviously if it doesn't roll over, it's an easy NO-GO, and I am swaying towards it being a NO-GO regardless, but just thought I would write a post here, to see what other's think.
