Ahhhh so I was on the right lines and wud normally have had a starting stack of 4k after 1 hand?- Thats whats happened in the rebuys iv played before....

Must not have noticed I won the hand.

Il be throwing 20 chips away on purpose nxt time to get my double stack

Glad I played this now just to learn that - the 50p was refunded

Exactly that. And that's why this "Freeroll Rebuy " is running, so we can all play with it, & see how it works.

Well I may have explained it badly, if so, my apologies, but that's exactly how it works here, too. But Doh WON the hand, so he was never beneath his original 2,000, & as such, his Rebuy was not valid.

I used to play a lot of Online Rebuys, & it was standard practice at the time to limp fold for 1 x BB the very first hand, simply as a means of allowing the Rebuy immediately.

I've carried out an exhaustive volume test of the rebuy facility and can confirm that it works.
I did this by shoving into DeucesLive twice when he was holding AA!

In terms of strategy what should you be doing with rebuys and add ons? Rebuy asap to keep your stack deep? add on when possible? or try to avoid rebuys and add ons so it costs less?

There are a few Tables with issues, & I think they will, or have, "paused" The Tourney while they look under the bonnet.

It will either continue, or be cancelled, one or the other, very imminently.
