I think your best course of action, if you have some dissatisfaction, is to contact Customer Care.
Forum users cannot do anything except offer opinions, which may or may not be accurate, & which you may or may not accept, & there is a grave danger of disobliging comments emenating from this Thread the way it's progressing.
The Customer Care contact details are at the foot of every page.
Siince poker was invented, speech play has played a role in the game. Some speech play is improper, other times it's against the Rules, sometimes it's just poor etiquette, sometimes it's perfectly correct & acceptable.
But always always always a poker player should follow the Golden Rule of Speech Play. Which is "NEVER listen to the comments other players make".
whats worse is when the flop comes say 44x and someone says "darn i foldedf a 4" if anything this guy helped u lucky!!!! u just got unlucky lucky. unlucky Posted by donkeyplop
fwiw i dont think you should tell/show cards. i was playing in a cash game at the pub and had qq and raised then a player goes all in and is called then the caller shows all in guy his cards, all in guys then stands up shout ffs omg etc, obvious aa v kk so i fold then q comes on flop.....the guy was adamant that he did nothing wrong because the other guy was all in and "if you show me its against the rules i will give the money back!"
unfortunately i had left my copy of roberts rules of poker on the internet lol.
still if a player tells me truthfully i have him at a 70%30% advantage i would mind...

I WIL NEVER SPEAK WITH CS ILL SPEAK TO MY SOLICITOR
I agree davey its not good etiquette but in this case lucky has tried to gain an advantage nearly 4-1 favourate and i doubt you would have posted had your AQ held, personally when people do say live or not unless they show i will not believe them unless its good mate who play on here heads up etc but if someone random it would not make a difference to whether i call or fold
lucky your getting annoyed by the minority tbh it doesn't usually happen and if was the other way round he shoved said AQ you had AJ, he showed or mucked nothing would be said
I understand it is colluding but not really if against 1 person and you dont know if he is telling the truth or bluffing so to speak
Personally why a hand is being played people should never put what they have but less of a matter if heads up(against 1 no-one to act) because noone else has additional information
u are not aloud to say your cards b4 the hand is over u went allin and said aj i had aq so called and i lost to 10 on riv for your straight what is this site coming to Posted by lucky77777
Totally Agree
if players are getting chat banned for using the odd swear word or some of the daft reasons ive heard recently on here, then these ppl should be getting banned as well as unless the hand is over its just wrong and gives others free info , like daveyzz said about live games. its annoying and has caused plenty of heated arguments in our local pub.

If Lucky has a legit complaint about players conduct, he MUST contact Customer Care, who wll deal with the matter as appropriate. I have already, & wholly politely, pointed that out. The offer was declined.
I'm really not sure what the correlation between Online Speech Play during hands, & swearing in the Chat Box is, tbh, they are different & wholly unrelated matters. But BOTH would be dealt with if, & only if, reported to Customer Care.
If players don't take the matter to Customer Care, it's hard, I'm sorry to say, to feel much sympathy.
The player has refused to elevate the matter to Customer Care, so there's no more that can be said or done, really.
