    I had visitors (what an excuse lol) but it was fun while it lasted! If the games are in the lobby before I go to work AND I remember to login I'll register and donate my chippies. Right back to the jig saw, then the hammer drill and I'm done :-)

    Hey Quinny - I think there were 55 yesterday, and I came a brilliant 45th or something! pfft. Work to do today !

    I've posted the result into area 51 so I have a copy of it -  if you wanna have a look.......

    There's no point doing a league table until we have 2 results in at least (and if I did it would be really embarrassing) 

    Proper grinding day for me today, and no hangover to handicap me, so I'm very optimistic.

    Hey all, thanx for the interest.... Theres still a few days before the start, so if anyone has any ideas as to how it can become more accessible to everyone, then fire away. Maybe we could run it over 7 days, Mon - Sun......and the best 4 scores of any 1 player will win? Maybe we could allow partners to enter? - So if you yourself are available to play Mon Wed Fri, and a mate of yours can play Sat and Sun, you can make a double, which will give you 5 scores to count towards the final league standings. I'm happy to play all 7, and obviously take the competition down ;) Spread the word at the 2.20 deepy tables this week if you can  xxxxxxxxxxx

    On a different note, I have finally been drawn on Lucy's table.

    Quote of the day so far, is that there is zero skill in online poker, and although lolufold finished 20-odd in the main event, he only wins on sky because the rng fixes the river cards for him.

    out sucked big time in this havent played this bad in a tourney in a while

    ul last hand but went down to 1200(12bigs), so shoved min raise & call. i have jacks snap called by 55 & a3 suited, about only time i played properly

    Nice one DTW - be good to have u on board m8. You still have 5 opportunities to do well in the league, but theres also the chance in each game to knock me out and grab a tenner for your charity.

    I've just busted in todays game on the bubble, trying to exploit people's negative limping and general passivity on the bubble. It's okay making the limpers ahead of you fold, not so much fun when the big blind behind picks up aces. gg

    Flipped 5 times in that tourny, with my money in first 4/5 times, and holding the pair each time.

    I lost 4/5.

    Maybe a tip there for the people in this tourny to try and stay ahead of the game, and be able to lose a flip and recover - these tournys/any tourny, is very tough to win!!!

    Lequinny was the front runner from the first level to just before the final table - thought he was gonna take it down from first to last, wud have been a stunning show, by must have run out of steam just before the FT. Still a great effort.

    And wd to Hitman RV, for lasting longer than 5 minutes ;) lol.

    Had some hands dealt to me, but tightened up something rotten towards the end to try and ride out the bubble, plus I had to keep nipping into the kitchen to make dinner. ertkins shoved on me, had AJ suited so called, he had 44, flop was 546, turn was 5, I just went into the kitchen then, lol. 

    EDIT: Should add I was on 11BB's at this point, and wife was badgering me to get in the kitchen and finish dinner, lol.
     

    Another shout though for thorpey1, had 202.5 chips when the blinds were 200, lasted on for another hour and a quarter for 12 place. Thought I was going to witness a chip and chair taking it for a while. 

    Will be back on for tomorrow definitely, was good fun this afternoon.

    Sent the details over for the table to start taking shape.

    I don't think there's much point adding people at this stage who have only played 1 game - so people who have played both will show on the league, but it will be updated after close of play everyday - and start to take proper shape towards the end of the week.

    I believe none of the top 6 from yesterday entered today, but they still have a great result in the bank from which to mount a challenge. 

    The leading player who has played 2 games, is JJJach, I think finished 13th and 4th, for a total score of 17! Consistency ftw.

    Remember, it's your best 4 scores over 7 days, so if you finish last 3 times, it doesn't matter.

    Well done to Mylena, who bust me, then went on to take it down.

    I will be making a donation to her chosen charity - Bernardo's http://www.barnardos.org.uk/ - will be double donation as Pod1 who bust me yesterday allowed me to chose, so it will go to this wicked organisation, gg pod1.
