The haversack.... You didn't live in the 80's unless you owned one, they came in different colours, usually blue, green or yellow. You would decorate them with graffitti which was either your football team or favourite bands... typlically "The Specials" "The Jam" "Altered Images". Your haversack was your most treasured possession and you would never let it out of your sight, at lunchtimes you would use them for goalposts when you played football.
Also fondly remember when you could walk in the shop and get 8 blackjacks or Mojo's for a penny
In Response to Re: Sunday Night Live with Rich and The Raiser ****official show thread**** : That one where a kid got locked in a fridge at the dump was terrifying. Remember this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AT-Wga_7wvI ? Posted by Darntootin
Wiiiiiiiiii! Just seen my pm telling me that I won the TSP Clasic entry, thanks guys. Unfrotunately I only caught the first hour of the show as I wanted to watch The Walking Dead on the telly. I'll try and catch a repeat showing of the show, anyone know what times it's repeated? Posted by Darntootin
Thankyou all for posting on this thread last night. Some great contributions and once again I'm really chuffed to see that in the last 3 weeks we've been constantly breaking records on the number of posts/emails for the show. This is after almost 5 years since the channel began!
(Private message to Tikay- please note that the current record-breaking show thread was started by me. That's ME, not YOU. So spin on it, oldster x)
Ty Aussie09 for your comment and well done to Darntootin' for winning the show prize. Points off for missing 3 hours of the show, but we'll let you off this once
Plenty more good stuff coming on Sky Poker this week. Please see the forthcoming post on my 'What's On Channel 865?' thread- which should arrive in the next hour or so...
