    I would be 3 betting pre, I don't mind the flat though.

    The raise size on the flop imo should be slightly bigger, not much, just enough so you can shove the turn for under a pot sized bet......

    u have 3.2k left on the turn, and a 2.9k pot, just a slightly bigger raise would have allowed you tyo make a standard jam.

    But on the whole I don't think you did alot wrong in this hand, maybe think about your sizing a little more and aim to get the money in asap without over-betting.

    just makes you wonder how people can shove all in with J9....

    and i dont know how often you hit trips and lose ,but it seems very frequent...

    in fact if i hit trip aces on the flop, you hold your breath..

    not that it helps..

    DJ. we all know it is bad, just now i had another one, if i listed them we would have 10 pages, from the pure perfect played hand (LOST TO RUBBISH ON RIVER) to most ridulous calls from people who are too blind to see past the flop...  i would post one but it is playing up at min....

    you know when you are going to lose, my latest one was when i caught set J on turn ,,   i knew the flush would come river...

    not percentage wise.... no.....   the ammount of times rivers come     is not percentage......    sorry   ....


    as for bad days,    i think mine is a bad weekend..  i dont think i won my fair percentage wise hands of all-ins this weekend i will keep track from now on....  as for today i am 3-0 losing 2 hand best b4 flop

    The guy shoving a suited J9 there with 12.5 big blinds isn't bad at all.

    Having never played him before, I'd guess he's one of the better tourny players on here if he's making moves like that.

    Most would blind right down to 4/5 big blinds before shoving AK then moaning about being outdrawn.

    I know whats coming. The instant I am involved in an all in there's only winner and 90% of the time it ain't me!!

    ooookk then.looked at the first 12 post or so and got a bit bored/tired but here are my results.

    1 99 v q 10  51%-49% even result = correct

    2 a6 v q7    60%-40% ahead result = wrong

    3 qq v 99 81.5%-18.5% ahead result = wrong

    4 kq v a 10 40% 60% behind result = correct

    5 a9 v44 v kj   evens            result = correct

    6 q 10 v k4 45%-55%  behind result= wrong  **

    7ak v a3  73%-26%  ahead    result =correct

    8 a2 v a7 37.3%-62.7% behind result= correct

    9 ak v qq 43.2%-56.8% behind result= correct

    10 77 v qq v ak             behind result= correct

    11 qq v aa 20%-80%     behind result= correct

    12 qq v a8 78%- 22%     ahead result= wrong

    13 84 v 66 33.1%-66.9% behind result= wrong**

    so out of this (small) sample the correct result landed 8 times out of 13.

    out of the 5 wrong results two went in your favour.
    so in reality you only "lost" three times........

    I am not sure what stacks/type of games you are playing but the reoccurring theme seems to be that you are getting it all in very early.

    which imo is no bad thing....i would rather chip up early and give myself a stack to play with.

    but in taking a gamble(which all but a couple of hands are)

    you surely have to accept the consequense's

    Id' raise more pre, dont flat there re-raise just get in in pre if you can obviously!

    You got in big fave so ul , i would have got in pre and got outdrawn then obviously steam a little
