Thanks for the nomination el capitano, will do my bestest.
TBH Chris, it's pre flop that you wanna be looking at. Cold calling with this hand in this pot out of that stack is not too good! Obvs don't know about any history/reads on oppo, but in a vacuum this will be a losing call p/f so much of the time, with terrible reverse implied odds; gonna be dominated way too often, and we ain't playing deep enough to justify seeing a flop and playing down the streets.
As for the turn, it's pure gamble. Not saying thats a bad thing, but we are calling off with K high and one card to come. We could already be drawing dead....Always better to be the first over the line with a decent draw, gives us 2 ways to win the pot, so had he checked to you then a ship would be ok I think. Not a huge fan of calling off almost 30bb with K high, just one card to come, and when we know the villain has something strong....
Well done doubleaaa on your seat and cash. Excellent Zoe Paul and Kev well played. I was sat so well in the Mega with about 20K then just went to pieces. I made a horrendous call to an allin for 6K with A 10 suited. God knows what I was thinking. Played awful for another 2 or 3 hands and was out. I can only put it down to tiredness as I had played for 8 hours more or less non stop.
PS Trev have i got this right regards Daves post. He's nominated myself and Jonny for a seat?

i agree with the pre flop call, never seen alot of his hands but this raise a few times, normally would let it go but thought i would have a look this time.
now being open ended and having the flush draw on the turn, with what was in the pot tooo what i had left i felt it was the right call.
but thanks for the advice and the input,
i do not normally put my tournament life on the line but just felt had too many outs to fold here, but yes it shouldve been away pre flop to be honest.
ul doubleaaa who bubbled,i was sat with 44k and had pocket 10s so i shipped it in ideally for a fold but was called by aj and he hit a j, really enjoyed it was a tough standard.

Well played Haylez and nice cash Steelrod. I came back when there were 6 left to cheer you on, sadly you were gone. Sick pre bubble for me with a set of Aces vs a gutshot hunter which cost me 28k out of a 35k stack @ 5/1k. GL to all for this evening!
