    BLACKPOOOL TRIP

     It was great to meet up with our captain Trevor, Michael Daly (dtwbandit), Duncan Howarth (benalman), Simon Allen (slyklist), Mark Sumner, Rab from Hitsquad, Rospink and her husband Rosjim, Paula and her partner Keith, Carl Norris(luvbwfc) and not forgetting John Jamieson (flashjonny) who had the original idea.
     
    After a bit of a false start in the Friday tourney (hi Trevor!) all played well and Duncan had the best result finishing 3rd for over £400. I was happy to reach 14th, outside the cash but pleased with how I played.

    Beer and brilliant weather was the order of the day on Saturday afternoon, and a special mention for Jonny, the guy has to cope with so much and never once did he get down. Jonny you have the admiration of us all.

    Saturday night was back to poker and the footie. Four of us made the last 20 and I made the final table as the shortie I think but managed to get a few pots before I went out in 6th for £90. And a special mention to Mark Sumner who was playing his first live events ever and ran deep in both.

    Everyone had a great time now it's over to someone else to organise one in their area.

     No luck in the mini (like all the tournies I played tonight!), flopped up and down straight draw and nut flush draw, it all ended up in and I missed everything (about 17 outs by my reckoning!)

    Had a lot of fun tonight....EVENTUALLY after being Bubble Boy in 4 seperate Sat's trying to get in Main and UKPC...at least I got £20 for one of them so paid for others.

    I played in Mega stack and met up with Dangerdai ....we had a good time and good chat too...and I crept past the bubble so Happy Days....

    We even had a good chat with Mr MmmChips( who eventually won it.from TKP's MAXALLY).WD to both
