    WELL DONE all on your cashes and hopefully JONNY's still in main

    I blew qualifying for the main tonight in the early semi at 3pm....was Chip Leader by a long way and didnt want to get involved with Matt Bates , TommyD etc. when they were shoving wiv half my stack size so was folding AQ suited  (twice) amongst other nice hands...... cost me in the end coz I was bubble boy finishing 5th ....at least I got £22 and I had sat'd in for £5.30 

    spent the winnings on UKPC semi all-ins and managed to bink one ( thanks for the GOOD LUCK wishes ROSE)..... but what is it about getting into a main event cheaply??....you never get a hand !!!!! had A J once, and 2 2-my exit hand and that was that


    ....so entered the mini and after a lot of fun and avoiding some BIG stacks managed to scrape a cash.....thanks for the rail Concon(didnt get a hand til he arrived), Matt2, and jj...sorry I cudnt run deeper guys but its been a long day.... 1st sat was 10am !!!

    morning every1 finished 11th in the main last night for £307.50 got lucky with the 5s on the bubble but hey ho ty for the rail concon misty matt kevin and last but not least my betting buddy and great mate jj and I am well made up gl all in dtd tonight

    Managed a small cash tonight in DTD3 tonight. To be honest I didnt deserve to be in it after going on tilt and getting very lucky at one stage. 

    Just as an aside, anyone got any advice on how they deal with a table where everyone limp calls, no matter what you raise it by, and smacks the deck full on. I had it a few times again tonight and I find I start to get really wound up especially as I try and tighten the range a bit and get no where.

    Sounds like the Captain, Matt2 and DDai suffered in DTDs so hope others are doing better, will check in a minute

    Just to say that I managed to get in Main tonight from 1 of 2 All-ins I entered  having missed sat-ing into semi's earlier ...didnt make the cash but managed to take 2 Bounties for a small profit

    Hi all

    Hope TPTers running well tonight.  I played terribly in the DTD games - apologies to anyone I was sharing a table with but cooking and poker definately don't mix - I won't be trying that again in a hurry lol.

    Concon12 was a destroying machine in the UKPC semi tonight - absolutely awesome play.  I think he was CL from start to finish!!  I was lucky in spots and managed to bag a seat for Sundays final aswell.

    Many thanks for the rail tonight all - it was much appreciated.  Especially Misty who jokingly asked where my Aces were - just then I got pockets As and it helped turn my game around lol xxx

    DTD  2 didn't go well and DTD 1 was going ok until i went out with QQ against AA. my MTTs overall were looking likely to be at a loss but thankfully i managed to final table DTD 3 and also get 2 HP in the main event so overall i've won a profit of £6.05 (£22.50+£14.50-£31.15)

    i'm starting to wonder if my main leak in MTTs is the way i'm playing hands when SB and BB which came through a limped pot.
    knowing that i'll be out of position the are lots of risks i seem to notice afterwards than i didn't think about during the hand.
    1 they might be trapping me, as i've found out alot of times in the past.
    2. a bluff can be a much greater risk knowing they won't raise flushdraws often enough.
    3. i will be just guessing that i'm ahead by Ch/Calling hands like top pair.

    I've noticed a lot of players limping lately so have got more aggressive with my raises. I read recently that a 3x raise plus 1BB for each limper when your in position, if your out of position make it 4x plus 1BB for each limper. At lower levels I would make it even bigger if I have a really strong hand. If your raising bigger than that and still getting multiple callers try and control the pot size.
