In this situation with 2 calls I'm folding A3. Ignore the fact that you hit 2 pair , playing raggy aces can get you into so much trouble. The player concerned appeared on my table and was vey loose. Make notes on players it doesn't have to be too elaborate, tight, aggro , loose etc.

if you want to play it - make the flop bet much bigger - 600 or more - you don't want stragglers being priced in to call with weak draws/weak As. it's likely you have the best hand and can be called by worse - AK/AQ/big flush draws.

Best advice is to fold A3 off pre-flop.

What are we looking for when we call with A3? ....If the board comes A high are we really in good shape with our kicker card? I think not.

Secondly - always raise pre-flop - as the saying goes "If it's good enough to call with - it's good enough to raise with" A raise pre & a continuation bet on the flop probably looks much stronger & you take it down.

As played, like geldy said you have priced him in so it needed to be much bigger.
