Hi all, Thanks for all your feedback. I'd like to re-iterate that I do not expect the Forum DTD to be adversely affected by this promotion. It's designed to compliment Chris and Michael's league, not compete with or distort it. And I do need to clarify one thing: 'The Extender' will measure each player's performance in five tournaments and ALL FIVE results count - not just the best three. The promotion runs for four weeks and each player will be assessed on his/her three best WEEKLY scores. Any further questions, please ask. But, for now, good night! James.

I tend to play all 5 each week (and it shows in my abysmal DTD performance) so count me in.

I see what Poppy is saying regarding the rule change of the DTD (any 2 from 3) might cause looser play - but that's poker. You want those loose calls.

Hi James - Whilst at first being a little bit sceptical on your comp's impact on the DTD - i now realise - and fully support - the initiative which will add even further strength to the popularity and longevity of the DTD. it will be good to see the players who we sometimes get the opportunity to play in the mini event - show us what they can do in the DTD.

Can i also take this opportunity to invite all players - and spectators - to enter a DTD Fantasy League DREAMTEAM in the comp highlighted in General Chat.

Tikay and Sky Poker have kindly put up the following prizes:

1st  place in September - £220 Roller Seat
2nd place in September - £110 Roller Seat
3rd Place  in September - £55 Primo Seat


For a FREE to enter competition - I feel this is unbelievably generous and hope it will help to capture the imagination of those players who chose to include the Main Event and mini with the DTD - or the DTD with the Main Event and Mini.

Good luck and may Monday Nights go from strength to strength.

OK i know when im beat ) lookin at all of the posts up to now it appears it WILL be a gd idea and prob will NOT have any adverse effect on the DTD , and i like IMBERS suggestion that it would be nice if those that do not already have  dtd DREAM TEAM would enter one as it dont take long to do and the more in it the merrier it will be gl all xx

A reminder that this starts tomorrow (Monday 5th).

Participants are expected to play five tournaments on THREE out of the four Mondays in September.

If you register before 19:15 tomorrow, you'll obviously be allowed to choose which three Mondays you play, or have the advantage of playing all four and discarding your worst score!
