    347661247 - I make what should have been my best fold ever (so far after 2 months play! lol), getting rid of kings pre flop after an odd shove by a fellow large stack in this 15k BH semi, what follows still hurts now, even tho i somehow managed to still qualify despite major tiltage, wanted to call, knew he had aces tho cos its the only hand he would risk that spot with, so just couldnt.

    But what id like to know is should i have played it any different given the circumstances? We were around 8/9th out of 36 left, when top 12 'cashed', i would have been all in to call.

    Was this, as i hoped at the time, a good fold? surely not a bad reraise pre flop? had to get more money in then and wanted it heads up with shorty really.

    Such a bittersweet moment for me! lol

    Can you show hand 347932065, from todays bounty hunter and tell me should I be calling. Against 2 players am I forced to call even though I know Im beat because I have the nut flush draw.

    Hey there, just came out of the TSP Classic into 42nd place i believe, as it was close to the bubble i wonder if i should have done something different:

    we both hit 3 jacks and i turned out to be out kicked but the large stack at the table

    About 23:02 on 3rd March.

    We somehow got to a massive pot (relative to the blinds) on small blinds.

    AA V AK getting cracked by crazy trash hand.

    Can't remember how the hand played out exactly, but I recall having AA and thinking "hello payday". I think I may have flat called or put a small raise in; next player shoves ALL IN for about £5; followed by another ALL IN for about £6; I call ALL IN for about £6.

    There's so much value on the table and I'm thinking I'm up against a comination of AK or AQ, which I'm dominating, or KK or QQ. Either way all my chips go in as I know I'm in front. Anything less than AA and I'm running away quick.

    Anyway, cards go on their backs and I'm facing AK and 48s. Happy days I'm rubbing my hands together.

    Seconds later I'm cursing as 48s hits a straight and wondering quite why he shoved on such a trash hand.

    My opponent had been playing fairly tight and if in a pot had been folding to fairly standard bets.I called for 20 in the small blind and he checked.When the flop came i min checkraised him and he called,on the turn i now have trip nines with a Jack kicker i min checkraise him again but this time he goes allin.

    My read is he has the other 9 but with a better kicker,if i was right is it still a bad fold longterm or did i just make a really bad fold when i was in front.

    A description of what happened and why you would like us to play your hand: i had AJ in SB the dealer raised 4X bb i flat called and bb called aswell. the flop came 5 8 J with 2 hearts i raised 2x bb, the big blind folds and the player on the button raises to about 600 was i right to move all in early in the tournament? he had pocket kings was this just a cooler or should i have folded.

    £1 deep stack at 7.45 on the 28/03/2011 - hand played about 21.35


    I was sitting in 15th out of 130 players(down to about 80 by this stage).Listening to the good tournei players, to win the tournaments you have to keep making the moves. So even though I was doing well I changed my tact and made a move rather than carry on playing tight now I was in top 20.Had pocket 9s, standard raise pre flop, 2 deep stacks called, then for once I actually hit trips. Went all in, the others called table leader hit a straight on the river. 

    Tactics wise should I have just standard raised (3x) which is what I would normally do in that position, when 2 deep stacks came with me, knowing they could knock me out. Changed my tactic as getting annoyed at good starts and then being overtaken when playing too tight in these tourneis

    Hi. I was trying to play a tight but aggressive game, in the SPT semi final. I was doing ok, and had AJ suited UTG. I opened 3x the blind,and got min raised by the button, i naturally just called to see a flop, and flopped top pair, top kicker. I check raised, to which he shoved his whole stack in. the only hands i could put him on was AA, KK or QQ. Any chance of showing this hand to see if it was the right fold???
