    i satalited into this and i cant believe that i had both callers pre flop and post flop when i hit my AK and all chips are in the winner made a call that made no sense at all! please show this as its just a sick beat which knocked me out of the torny. I could understand it on a smaller buy in torny but not a £22

    £400 Bounty Hunter final table

     I join sky poker this month and managed to get to the final three but I think I got to eager. In the final table yesterday I got down to the last three  with a massive lead 300k chip against 50k and 70k and lost it with 3 big hand and wanted TK to see if I played the hands wrong or was just unlucky.

     First hand I have AJ and they went all in so I called he had K6 and hit his K on the turn.  415446881

    Second hand I had a pair of sevens so I went all in and hes called with A5 and hit his A.

     Third hand I had A7 and did a min raise of 12k they called flop.. 3 J A, so I raised it 12k again they called again, turn 10, I raised it 18k and they called river was a 10 so I went all in with 80k and he called with a flush.

    Hi there,

    I was wondering if you could play the following hand? 416277534

    Im just new to cash games and i was heads up against Jamie Burland. I managed to take over £200 from the table at the end of play and i think i done well.

    The hand that i got the biggest pot was: 416277534, £0.50, £1.00 at Windsor table.

    Could you pls play the hand and see if i got as much from the pot as i could, or did i make any wrong moves not to get his full stack?

    There was a player on the table getting into bickering with other players using the chat feature. I knew he was tilting so i was playing 'him' not 'the cards' i did get lucky with the board and won the hand but i would like the hand analyzing by you guys.

    I have come over from PokerStars today and i am really enjoying the site.

    New(ish) to online playing and still learning the skill of playing.
    Have a tendancy to make bad bets, but learning as much as possible..

    Hi,

    Please could you analyse the above hand and offer any advice to repair a somewhat shatterred confidence..! I'm new to poker and joined only 2 months ago, playing with money for the first time. I've tried to learn and started to be a bit more aggressive and make some moves. I was going along nicely in this tournament, had doubled my stack and felt in control when i got knocked out.

    I raised off the button with AK off, got called. Missed the flop but held overcards and got checked in so decided to ask a question with a 2/3's  pot sized bet and got called again. Turn comes a K, again i got checked but felt my hand was leading so bet out again to be re-raised. I was still confident i was leading and put my opponent on drawing to the straight but didnt want to fold so i went over the top all-in making it as expensive as i could. River comes a Q and opponent wins with a two pair - K & Q!

    My questions, was this play just to loose and agrresive or was this just a bad beat as i was in position on the turn and my opponent chased all the way, only cathcing his hand with running cards?  Could i have played this differntly to avoid losing all my chips?

    Any advice you could give would be greatly appreciated.

    Loving the site and fast becoming hooked on poker!

    Had AA all-in - I've gone through every avaliable option, I don't know how I play the hand any other way than how I did. still got the bad beat again this happends all the time to me why

    HI.

    Just wondered if you could play this hand 422158668 from tonights 12K BH

    Played quite well up to this stage. I think I did the correct thing in reshoving all-in but should i maybe have just called as I would have been able to get away on the flop. My thinking is that if I haven't re-shoved the player after me would have instead or if we both just called and he hadn't hit his ace I wouldn't have got his chips.

    I had pocket 10's on the button, Guy raises up to 30p before me, When it got round to me I re-raised to 90p then I got re-raised to £1.80, I then re-raise him again to £3.60 and the guy pushes over the top of me for an extra £4.

    The guy I was playing against was re-raising me throughout when I had AK, AQ etc and so I thought I would ask the question with a re-re raise, I got my answer fairly quick and put him on aces, kings or AK however with leaving myself 4 pounds I decided to go with it. There was one point I was in a hand with this player and he re-raised me with King 10 so this had a bearing on my decision to go all in.

    He turned over pocket Aces, I obvioulsy turn over pocket 10's, I flop a set and then out of sheer luck I river quads.

    Anyone want to share there thoughts on this hand please, I feel I was correct at the time with previous hand plays etc with the player.

Just come back from a break because of work (still working but night off) doing 12 hour night shifts for 1 and a half months. Deposited and this was a few hands in. Befor my break i probably would of snapped off his shove.

    My betting was weak because i wasnt sure if he had queen on the flop. So was just testing. When turn came i was obviously happier, Then river came. So my thinking was  if i thought he might be ahead on the flop, his just crushed me on the river.

    I had 6k+ chips and was in a comfortable position in the tournament.

    Just please look at the hand and please please please tell me what on earth am i supposed to do i open to all suggeastions.

    Then have a look at the hand we both went out together on! I REST MY CASE!!! :-(

    All this i hear on the poker tv channel is 80% correct but some of the comments are condescending to say the least. I listen and watch the poker channel over 6 hours a day and believe me i have learnt hell of a lot.

    I would really appreciate it if the following hand were analysed: 432375120

    Blinds were, I think, 150/300 in tonight's Open. It's folded round to the blinds and in the SB I raise it up with A2. I'd be interested to hear comments about this move. This was the fatal mistake! Could it be foreseen? I could've just folded.

    BB calls.

    Flop is A2x

    I make a half pot c-bet (metagame, been doing this with all c-bets) hoping he comes over the top.
    He comes over the top.
    I shove.
    He shows AA

    BOOM! I'm gone!

    I think that once the flop hit I was doomed. But before I made a single move - should I have been willing to put my entire tournament on the line from the SB with A2? Because that's what I did! Comments very much appreciated.
