    Personally id prefer to see Rooney as a lone striker with Chaimberlin/Young and Walcott as advanced wingers. No room for Caroll in my squad.

    im not sure, but i know spannish tactics teand to use advanced wingers sucsessfully, with them becomming strikers in attack. Allows wingers to score fan more goals than normal.

    My tip is to totally avoid the so called enhanced acca from sky offering 9/1 on England winning all their group games. Quite simply it ain't gonna happen.

    i am leaning towards the dutch, cant help it, gut feeling. you have always got the spains, germanies, italies, french even the portugees to worry about, but i just cant help think the dutch... england will do the ussual, we will scrape the group stages then go out. we are just not as good as we like to think we are :)

    As it was only a free bet on Spain (means you don,t get your stake back) i received another offer from a site who were offering money back if the Germans lift the cup so i,ve put a little more on Spain

    After watching last nights game im even more convinced Scott Parker is an accident waitng to happen in an England shirt. He got booked last night and leaves his feet way to much for an international footballer.
    Paddy Power are offering odds on first England player to be sent off and Parker is 18/1 which looks huge to me.

    I quite like Robben e/w to be top goal scorer at 40/1, although I'm not sure what I'm basing this on...

    I also like a Spain/Holland final at 14/1.

    Then again, I am a bit dutch...

    If England are to win the Group they're more than likely going to have to beat France on Monday so is 7/4 for one game better value? are record scoring goals against lesser sides is not good and Sweden are a bogie side.
    If we draw with France chances are we'll finish second in the group IMO

    personally i think we will beat france and need to top the group to avoid spain in the quater finals i think england will get to the semi finals i think france are poor from the world cup 2 years ago they was awfull i knowthey are rebuilding again bringing youth into the team like england but think england at 7.4 is overpriced to beat france i think sweden is a tricky game as we have a bad record against sweden in competitions

    ive said on here im backing the big russian as well, only problem is game time - will he be their top man or warm bench?? because i called it early doors im sticking with it, also like benzema albeit at much skinnier odds.

    the forecast looks awesome to you, thats how i see the top 3 groups going as well (ok realistically hoping thats how group C finishes!!!) its just the sweden one at end, would put ukraine up as more likely but thats the only one.

    sneak feeling the danes could turn over portugal but again the same as a lot of my predictions and some ive had on accum meself.

    a local bookmakers chappie has russia minus goal v czechs 10/3 and france -1 also v england a whopping 5/1 so thats the double i like.
