Download client bug since update
since the 'sync breaks' update my download client takes 2-3+ attempts to launch, it goes...
'Initialising...'
'Loading CM Menu...'
then just hangs the the lil loading 'dial' just keeps goin round n round, not majopr problem, i just click 'Quit Sky Poker' then try it again, just thought the dev's should b aware
any1 else got this problem?

ctrl + alt + delete.
Start task manager.
Processes
Click on Sky poker, end process.
Try again to open download., Then it will (should) load up fine. Hope this helps.
Thanks for raising this on here, it sounds intermittent (we cant recreate it), we'll need more information from all of you affected to investigate this and get any problems resolved.
If this is affecting you still then please could you email our customer care team as a technical query using the form here with full details?
they will likely request a copy of the log files for the download client, these can be found in a directory on your computer called 'Skypokerlogs'
There is a log file for each day, we will just need the days when you have had a problem.
Hopefully this will help us get to the bottom of this

This has cured it for me like it has after other updates have caused this problem.
Here is the response I got!
Please make sure that your Flash and Java are up to date as this could cause problems with the software.
Uninstalling and re-installing the software might work too.
