If i log out of my sky account now will i get a refund tomorrow regardless of whether the tournament finally starts in my absence?

im done for the evening and would rather just have the refund than wait for the 8pm bounty hunter

it is very disappointing with the lack of communication, leaving players unsure whether to leave or hang about. I would like to believe that everyone would be intitled to a refund, but surely there is somebody at the control centre who has two minutes to give a general informative post and guidance for players....

It is highly unlikely that there is ANYBODY at the control centre, and given that the game servers are hosted off shore... you know the rest

Finally got through to sky so thought I'd share their "helpful" response in the regards to the 9:30 BH:

9:39:03 PM We are having a problem with Sky Poker at the moment, its been reported to our Technical Team who are working on it as a matter of urgency

9:39:30 PM so what happens to the tournaments that have been completely skipped?

9:40:01 PM Once we source the problem we will make a decision on how affected players will be dealt with

9:40:26 PM but surely that means i may miss the tournament if it just starts later?

9:42:33 PM Potentially yes

9:43:12 PM is there a time frame that it won't be played later if the problem isn't fixed soon?

9:43:38 PM I'm not sure, we are just working on fixing the problem at the moment

Yep remember this happening a while back and we wern't kept informed about what was going on then either, in fact the only person to give us any idea what was going on was poor old Tikay who was on a night off and playing(or not) at the time.....Poor show again!

just been told on live caht that if you don't play a hand they will be able to see this and will refund you.

But doesn't this mean that the players that do play can just blind up on the players not playing and basically give them a chip advantage over the rest of the field?
