    I am totally behind FlashFlush as captain and the Sky Poker team, I was railing JamieLou in the SPT and also congratulating Loki on his SPT qualification last night, these guys are team members NOW and get my full backing whatever table / tourney they are on, hopefully as Tikay says we will come back stronger as a team from this which was caused by totally unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances.

    Looking forward to railing the guys on Monday and getting back down to business on Thursday!

    '+1' I believe the saying is.

    We are all part of "Team Sky" and whoever ends up in Manchester will do a good job representing us, both at the tables and away from them.

    There's been great banter the first 2 legs, let's keep it going for the next 3!
    If you're in an SPT qualifier or something, put a post up and I'll come and rail you!

    As I am not taking part in the tournaments to pick a team I hope I can make a point from a neutral point of view.  The unforseen circumstances last week with the technical difficulties were most unfortunate, and as such, the best had to be made of a bad situation.  This inevitably had to be to the relative advantage to some and disadvantage to others.  This mat not be exactly fair, but it was always going to be unfair for someone, no matter ehat course of action was taken. 

    Sky poker is extremely lucky to have been granted a team to this tournament, and I think we should keep that in mind.  Sky Poker has also generously added prizemoney to these games, prizemoney available to only the apat qualifier entrants.  As someone who wouldnt be able to play at the apat, and therefore didnt ask to be entered, should I say "hey, thats not fair, skypoker funds going to a closed group"? I don't, I say good luck to the entrants and I hope the qualifiers do sky poker proud at the event.

    So please lets move on to the next game.  And I hope lee and wayne take part.  They started the process and i'd like to see them there at the end, and take part in the event if they qualify to do so.

    Hi all

    Sorry I didnt reply to any threads yesterday, I was at the casino playing a tournament all day.

     Thanks to everyone who has got behind my decision and after tonight the league table should be hotting up nicely. Although its obviously a bad thing thats happened with the tourney being cancelled at least it was early in the qualification. We still have 3 games left to play after tonight and with us all playing im sure it will be forgotten about and when the lucky 8 go to the APAT event they will have a great time and do sky proud.

    Goodluck to everyone playing tonight, and just a quick note to Kaidus, you are currently sitting 9th with I think 10 points so you still have as much chance as anyone to make the top 8. Just look at it as a bigger challenge, to make top 8 with only playing 4 tourneys you will then KNOW you deserve to be there!

     It was advertised a coupld of months ago to see who wanted to represent sky at the APAT event in January. 28 players showed interest adn we are now doing 5 games to get the top 8 for team Skypoker. Its now too late to enter im afraid.
