Barry has replied correctly. It is highly unlikely that Direct Buy-Ins will be available for Newcastle, as it will sell out via the Satellites. Best advice - satellite in. Good luck!
They like to "keep it fresh" & change things around from time to time, & with so many Events to Satellite into, & other new Tourneys, it's a job to find room for everything.
Tonight, @ 9pm, there is a lovely UKOPS Satellite into the Xmas UKOPS Main, or at 9.30, quite a new innovation, a £3,000 Gtd Bounty Hunter.
I discussed your question with the Suits, in fact they had already seen it, & debated it yesterday.
It has some merits, & some negatives. I don't think it is correct to say that "everyone else does it".
It effectively thins out the liquidity. I think they will be adding more 200xBB Cash Tables quite soon, though, & these have a 50xBB minimum sit-down.
"Play the Presenter" on the £1.50 £3 Tables? Yup, I'll ask Orford to do that......imagine the waiting list!
There's just not sufficient demand for Omaha Freerolls during the week. Omaha is not something that newcomers play, so there would be limited attraction in Omaha Freerolls.

I think you need some sort of structure/system to avoid silly mistakes. I always position myself at the bottom left seat all the time. This should allow you to tile screens so that if one pops up you don't accidentally fold AA etc.
You should also be aware what game you are playing in at all times. This sounds silly, but if you mix up the bounty hunter and the DYM bubble, you will see what I mean. You could maybe put DYMs (for example) on right hand side of screen and MTT and HU on other side.
The more players at the table, the more time you have. I played 3 HU and 2 6 handed tables simultaneously yesterday and it got fairly hectic. HU you have to act in a lot more hands and through more rounds of betting so it is more "attention intensive" than a full ring cash game. You will know when you are overloading yourself when you spend half the time clicking "I'm Back".
Lastly, make sure it suits your style. You may prefer playing 1, max 2 tables - you don't have to do 5 or 8 or 10 tables because others do. I am the personality type that keeps 8 or 9 internet tabs open with different things and constantly shift from one to the other so multi tabling different game types suits me. This may not be the case for everyone.

Don't forget, too, that the last C4P period for payment pre-Xmas ends next week, & the fastest, & eaiest, way, to clock up some extra C4P quickly is to multi-Table cash.
I don't have the calculations to hand, but I reckon an evening 2 or 3 Tabling Cash Games equates to about a week of Tournaments.
That's my plan until Nov 30th, anyway. Might see some of you there!

As I have been in Vegas for most of the month, I returned home knowing I had almost no C4P this month, so decided to 2 & 3 Table Omaha cash each night this week. I've managed to add 2,000 points already - & won £400 in the process! Happy days.
If no-one has a low hand, then I think the high hand wins the full pot.
It is not possible to win the Low with a pair of aces. The high, yes, the low, no. You have misread the hand. IF he won the Low, it was because he had another qualifying Low card with one of his aces.
If you can reproduce the H-H, we can talk you through it.

I've very rarely ever played hi/lo and it was a long time ago but is my thinking above right? It is possible that no-one would have a low hand isn't it, if everyone has lots of pairs etc? And if so, does that mean the Hi wins both pots.
For a Low to exist, the Board has to contain a minimum of three cards 8 or lower, & the hand needs to have two "non-matching" cards 8 or lower.
If we hold A-9-9-J, & the Board comes 2-3-4-5-6, say, we do NOT have a low, or even a straight for that matter, we have "no Low", & a pair of Nines for the High.
You should probably give me a go on HU, i also play for fun

I doubt there is much difference between NL4, & NL10, to be honest.
You must not fall into the trap of thinking "but they all call anyway", you need to think outside the box. Use the power of position, be patient, & play your hands strongly. If peeps wanna keep calling with bags of spanners, out of position, over time you will win a fortune. Embrace it, show them some love!
As a rough guide, how many hands per orbit do you think you play?
I see the same complaint again & again, that NL4 players are "hard to beat because they call a lot". I don't buy that, you just need to devise a strategy to combat it.
Play 2 or 3 Tables, but be more selective as to starting hand criteria, & position, & play your hands strongly. You'l be alright.

In a word, "no"!
It would be improper & inappropriate if we could read what notes other people make about us, that info must remain private to the authors. I cannot imagine any Site would allow otherwise, to be honest.
I would be in a world of pain if people could see my notes on other -players, especially Dylan, for example.
I only play the most premium of hands, so sometimes I hardly feel like I'm doing anything but folding all the time !
I know it's all about position but if I've got anything but premium on the button and it's folded round to me, I would struggle to play with anything less because I always seem to get my fingers burnt.
