How/when are the cards randomised?
Does the sky software put all 52 cards in order at the start of each hand, and then just deal them in that order? Or does it deal the hole cards, then wait for the betting to finish, before selecting the cards for the flop; then wait for the betting to finish each time before selecting card for turn and river respectively?

Bounced back from a horrible night
