it would be good if you could offer a daily and monthly prize to the best player.
the 26 or so games each day provide a fair and open opportunity for players to win and be incentivised to play more tournaments in pursuit of recognition and prizes.
2,000 unique players a day, 14,000 unique players a month. 4,000 entries a day, 120,000 a month. a 5% increase in volume would be rewarding for everyone.

a 5% increase in the number of entries will mean additional income to skypoker of £18,130.
Daily Prize. my proposal is that skypoker offer a daily prize as entry to the main event. this might be for the following day, or two days after being the daily winner. the total cost of these prizes is 90 days at £33 = £3,000 a quarter.
Monthly Prize. the month's best player receives £500, second best £300, third place £100. over the quarter this would total £2,700 a quarter.
in 2015, this would have meant £5,700 in incentives funded out of the £18,130 in increased income. an added profit for skypoker of £12,430.
in my mind, the five ways to increase business fortunes are;
(1) acquire higher volumes of new players, (2) lose fewer existing customers, (3) up-sell to persuade existing customers to spend more at higher value games, (4) cross-sell to persuade existing customers to play more volume, (5) cross-sell to persuade existing players to engage with other products.
skypoker seems particularly good at 1, 2, 3 and 5. not yet so active with 4.
this is the opportunity. the daily and monthly league prizes will complete skypoker's range of incentives.
