It's 12pm and we're all set for day 2 of the main event which starts in 3 hours.

With a mixture of short stacks and very very tall stacks, we look to be set for a lot of action through the day.

In other news, Sir_Gary will be playing today in a secondary event, worth $900. Additionally, there's a $330 turbo side event starting this evening, so a few of our less fortunate players may be tempted. We'll try and keep you updated on both.

Good luck wishes are welcome, as always.

    Argghh, sincere apologies Rob.

Its no consolation, but even the organisers missed you off the overnight chip counts.

Sorry, I've no idea how I missed you off the list.

The official chip counts, Table & Seat draw for our players follow.......give me 5, as it's quite a list to collate manually.

Loving the updates keep it up Tikay and JP

We have discovered why we could not find bobbyboy33 on the player list - they listed him as having 158,000, not 15,800......

He is Table 16, Seat 6, & I'll edit that earlier post shortly.

    MAN OVERBOARD

The ultra short-stacked bobbyboy has departed the scene.

He had a good go today though.

He was all-in first hand with his A-10 v Q-J. Villain hit BOTH his cards, but the board ran out 5 spades - chop chop.

Then he re-raised with J-10 suited & was a taf unforch to get looked up by Q-J.

There's not many venues where you can bust from a tournament, and be swimming with dolphins within a few hours!

Table 21, which WAS where Pokerkjnga was, has broken, so a search party has been organised to find his new table.
  • edited November 2015

Just saw a 4 way all-in on a table not involving our guys, it was....

    A-A

    K-K

    Q-Q

    7-7

    First card was an Ace.

    Blinds are currently 800-1,600/200.

There were 567 entries, of which 196 returned overnight.

Don't yet know how many will be paid, or how much up top, but will find out.

The first level of the day is complete (50 minute levels), & blinds now go 1,000-2,000/300.

We found PokerKinga's new table, his stack is unchanged.
  • edited November 2015

The info is a bit stale imo, but the plasma says 176 remain (I'd say more like 150 or 160), & the average is 80,000.

And just as I type that up, we lose TWO players.

BigBob57 had A-K v A-Q, but sneaky villain hit his Queen.

Munchkin, who seems to have run bad throughout, at last found some material - K-K & got looked up by A-K. You know the rest.

Good to hear it Rob, thank you.

I feel a bit like I'm talking to a brick wall, but I totally understand the score, peeps are playing UKOPS, & for those that did not win a Punta Cana package, it's hardly the most interesting thread ever I suppose.

Great comeback today by StayOrGo, who, if I recall correctly, you had listed as "Best Something" on your site yesterday.

Hope all is well up in Edinburgh, & please give my best wishes to George.
