Havent played against you much which is strange because we both play plo8. What I do know is that your one of the best if not the best plo8 player on Sky.
I trust AJ's judgement and from your posts Im sure your a top guy away from the poker tables too.
Be strong and be proud, wishing you and your family all the best.
Echo what everyone is saying, became aware on FB and have seen all the good thing people have said there, you have obviously touched many peoples lives.
Shared a few posts with you on the golfing thread, you've always been generous in giving opinions and sharing the praise when we sometimes get it right.
I'm hoping we will manage to pick a few more winners in the new year, maybe even another 80/1 shot
You may be the shortstack at the moment, but shorties can still win, pick your moments and make the most of them.
Run good into 2016 and very best wishes and good luck to you and your family.
IceTiger - you have such a way with words. I'm choked up just reading your posts on FB and here. The dignity and calmness of your posts is humbling. I've lost a few people in my life to the big "C" and wouldn't wish it on anyone. I really hope that you somehow hit your One Time this time.
Glad you have such a supportive family around you.
Hi Mate never played you in fact iv never heard of you (sorry) but i read your post and then showed it to my wife who was brought to tears. We've had a few problems in our relationship over the past year but we both realise that life can be cruelly cut short so have made a pact to make more of an effort with each other and to spend more time together good luck with your fight mate hope you run good and get the hand you deserve
Sorry to hear this. Hope you can overcome this for your sake and the people around you, am I right in thinking you haven't had chemo before?. When I read the op made me remember this guy that had cancer, and his inoperable cancer went into remission, he and his doctor put it down to him having Broccoli every day, could be worth a punt.
Hi Steve. I'm usually the joker in the pack but this is nothing to joke about, new's no one wants to hear. Doc's don't alway get it right ? fingers crossed. "It's not just Women that can flop Quads."! go 4 it
So sorry to hear this Mr Tiger. Good to hear that you are so positive tho. As it has already been said on the thread docs don't always get it right m8. My old fella is 85 and has vascular dementure, COPD, Pagetts disease etc etc. He is in a care home but was admitted to hospital in November with pneumonia. Consultant sent for me to go in on 12th Nov. and informed me that this was the beginning of the end and they were sending him back to the home with instructions that when he next got an infection do NOT call 999 but just make him comfortable. His GP went to the home on 13th Nov and issued a statement of intent , basically giving him a couple of hours but days at the most. Went to visit him today and was told by the care home staff he has improved so much that they getting him out of bed tomorrow and letting him have a few hours in the lounge.
I appreciate this is totally different to your situation but am confident that your fighting spirit will stand you in good stead.
It's only when the going gets really tough that people's true spirit and personality can be judged. You've always come across as one of the good guys but now it really shows. I hope it helps you to know just how many friends, and even strangers are with you in your fight.
Never met you but you have always been very helpful and friendly and willing too give advice too any1 that wanted it.
As every1 has said wishing you all the best and hope you have a fantastic xmas with your familly.
P.s would be very proud of my son if he posted what yours did on facebook very touching and for a father must have made you very proud too call him your son.
Not much can i say that hasn't already been said, except my thoughts are with you and your family, those 2 AA could still show up, hope with all my heart that they do.
