Cant imagine what this is like for you. Had a small surgery scare myself this year but this is a whole lot more and I was scared at mine. I know how hard it is to think positive but I really hope you can as I do believe your mind can have some impact on your well being, however small. Every edge counts! Really good luck to you and your family.

I Hope you can still get enough good nutrition Steve, organic milk helps me, when I can't eat,---I lived on it for a few weeks a couple of times, and tumeric is good, I expect you know all that stuff --

 This might cheer you a little -- I had open-heart surgery a couple of years ago, then I had a blood clot on my heart valve which caused a massive stroke that left me without half of my sight ---- Quite bad luck --- Then,  a mad lunatic with a knife stabbed a woman and beat her up, breaking her ribs ect---- I was walking down the road with me Julee and and five adrenalin fueled policemen jumped me in the dark thinking I was him---- I had no chance and they came up my blind side --- totally ruined my stroke recovery to square one! --- Luck is so stupid innit! --- Now I'm a proper Nutter!-lol----- People often say "good luck" --- but luck is luck is only luck ---- so whatever happens ------ - so don"t trust any luck-- But stay good and be strong !
