Billy Bonds first played for Charlton A. before moving to W.Ham!!
Just spoke to Tony Currie's nephew Lee, used to work for me, he thinks his first contract club was Chesham UTD, was also at QPR & Chelsea, before full league debut with Watford.....What a player by the way!!!! Paul Gasgoine of his era, both his nephews inherited great football 'feet'! played with Lee alot, while Darren has dropped a skilful shoulder at West Ham, Brighton, Ipswich, Millwall & Chesterfield to name a few!
New question...Who will win the first Europa League?
Here is another throbbing Eight-Incher... (Do Not fret Sky Mod1, there is NO image pending ) There was once a Player credited with scoring ALL FOUR Goals in a 2-2 draw in an English league match once..... (What a Greedy C***) WHO WAS IT????? Posted by emilyegg
Did he get the Matchball? LOL I reckon, must have bee a defender, bet he scored 2 own goals first, then pushed forward to amend, and scored 2 brave headers, lol Sounds like a Steve Bruce storey, What decade? great question Emily, Funny it does ring a bell, but I need a clue!!

Chris Nicholl, when he played for Aston Villa. Don't remember the opponents, without googling for it. Was around 75/76ish. i know this cos i read a biog of him in the eighties when he came to Grimsby Town for a last hurrah before going into management. This feat just stuck in my mind, totally forgotten until i read your question emilyegg.
Which is the only English league club (as far as I know) to contain the letters A, B, C, D and E in its name.... NO looking at teletext or in the papers....and Cambridge United are Non-League. Posted by emilyegg

Andy Cole - Arsenal
Yet again not a Scooby Doo for number 2. If only Championship Manager was around in the 60s.
