In Response to Re: Best film ever! : you`ve got it & i cant see dustin hoffman in deep throat, haha. Posted by lucy4
I didnt want to name it and spoil it for others but Im sure anyone who knows anything about films will get it with my extra clue of Dustin Hoffman! Yee Haa!
ok, my fav movies (and no laughing thanks!) are...
Bedtime Stories (Hilarious cutest guinea pig ever!) Mr. Magoriums Wonder Emporium Muppets Christmas Carol (classic!) Marley & Me (funny but so sad!) Hotel for Dogs Enchanted (the dancing part lol) The Bucket List (gotta luv Morgan Freeman)
...I know what your thinking, I am a grown up but I can't watch anything scarey, bloody, jumpy, violent!
When I've had a stressful day any of these movies cheer me up ) ps, none of them are x-rated sorry! hahaha
In Response to Re: Best film ever! : Agree with this list!! Excellent work must be a film buff!! Add to it- Bladerunner, groundbreaking in its time Seven Samuari, [spelling doubtful] Chinatown Leon Harvey The Rabbit- [like 'It's a wonderful life', heart warming] Carlito's way/Goodfellas/Casino/Scarface...for the Gangster Fans Saving Private Ryan Ben Hur Apocalyse Now Get Carter..... The Darkness of this reminded me of 'Dead Mans Shoes' very disturbing, but brilliiant enjoy, The Hitman Posted by HITMAN_RV
Some worthy additions to my original list Hitman -
Get Carter - Were obviously talking Michael Cane version here and not the Sly Stalone remake - Please people, don't ever.....ever, ever, ever, ever........EVER watch the Sly Stalone remake lol
I Still Can't Beleive i'm the only one to have mentioned Rounders so far - Call yourself Poker Buffs lol
And Where Is James Hartigans List ???? Come on James i thought this would be right up your street
Talking of old films I love the old Warner Orland Charlie Chan movies they were very clever and humerous. Also like the Marx Brothers films. They were doing alternative comedy decades before Monty Python! A lot have people wont watch them because they are so old but they are missing out on some great films!
why did a norman wisdom film make you feelsick for a while mr miyagi, they are comedy,he only took the horse to bed because he loved the horse and did not want to lose it
In Response to Re: Best film ever! : Have you seen....'Goodbye Mr Chips'......it always made me cry......and i'm a Hitman......sob..sniff Posted by HITMAN_RV
