In Response to Re: HMMMM...So Who got a free entry into tonights BH..then....??? : Correct. I could make yours do the same if you want a demonstration? ;-) Posted by NoseyBonk
Is that a threat....??
hmm, getting very nasty from MOD land.....am quite frankly shocked....this could be seen as intimidation...
In Response to Re: HMMMM...So Who got a free entry into tonights BH..then....??? : Steve I also didn't see it until very late. I was informed that they have noted my account saying I'm entitled to a free Thurs night BH entry, and can use it anytime, just by ringing/contacting CC and asking them to enter me in any tourny, as long as it's in the lobby. I'll prob end up using it around xmas time. lol. One of the winners was stressing right up until 7-50, they hadn't been entered and were desperate to play, they got it at the last minute!! Posted by DOHHHHHHH
also how do you know one of the winners was stressing until 10 mins before the tournement if you were not here and could not play?
and how do you know the other winner?
if there was 5 places and at least 3 of you know each, another one is a mod....hnmmm 4 out of 5....:)

Coz I was waiting checking the lobby right up until 8pm to make sure I wasn't entered.
I could have played, just would have preferred to play another time, as nobody got back to me, I had to hold on just incase they put me in.
Would hate to miss a freebie!!
I added the other guy on twitter to see if he had heard anything.
''The long and the short of it is Steve did not use his free entry which he won, quite rightly, though facebook to play in the BH''. So he won his freebie on Facebook and the others won theirs on twitter? The plot thickens! Posted by MAXALLY

It just shows tho,50% of people think that MODS should not be allowed in competitions, says something. ps...thast 5 mods with 2 accounts,each......so there should be 10 votes for no..:) +dohhh makes 11 Posted by djblacke04
The mere fact that you think the Mods would use both their accounts to vote shows how little you understand what they do for this site and the reasons they do it
And for the record I am a MOD, I do have two accounts My own account, this one that I post in my own name and bears no relation to anything to do with Sky and which I use to hold my bank roll and play poker with. The other account Mod_JockBM is used to post with regard to any issues that are in breach of the Rules that govern the Sky Poker Forum.
I didn't vote in your poll and I would be very surprised if any of the other mods did. I can tell you for a fact none of us used our two accounts to vote.
Oh and by the way you're wrong, your poll didn't show that 50% of people think that mods should be allowed in the competitions...... it showed that 50% of people think they should ;o)

LOL, your up bright and early for a bit more trolling! Out of 200,000 registered players you get a sample audience of 21 and counting, so that leaves 199,979 more people to vote, hardly 50% of the players is it, just 50% of the people who regularly visit the area 51 part of the site, and most of them think sky is rigged anyway, some even believe they have been abducted by aliens, or the man on the grassy knoll shot Kennedy, or Diana was murdered in a conspiracy, or Gordon Brown was a good prime minister etc etc - and yes you do look like Mick Hucknall

200,000 registered players..???
lol...
please, ive heard a lot,but this is quite exceptional...
if that were true, it would mean that sky kept 1% of its players online at busy times...
i think in this current climate is would be good business sense to keep players happy,
if of course you were thinking of the long term gains...and future....

Whatever it says it doesn't appear to be so from the numbers playing. That may include Sky Bet and Bingo. I can't believe there are 200,000 active poker player members even if you include the play tables. The word ''active'' may mean active in the last 12 months btw.
In fact reading it again it relates to Sky Betting and Gaming which includes slots and everything lumped in. Not just poker.

If the inference is that there are 200,000 active poker players they are lying. You I think are mis-interpreting it though.
