I am a little disheartened to see some of the comments regarding the team and where it is heading.
I am also sorry to see MrBurns leave, however, I will explain the situation but omit any names involved.
MrBurns sent me a PM asking me to help a member of the team who has recently been given a lifetime Forum & Chat ban. He asked me to speak to sky to see if I could sort things out.
As you are all probably aware, sky will not discuss disputes, Forum or chat bans with anyone other than the account holder so I felt that there was nothing I could do to help.
Sky do not give players a ban without good cause and no amount of begging or pleading on a players behalf will ever change their mind.
We all know the rules regarding our conduct in table chat, forum posts etc and if we break the rules we have to accept the consequences.
I am sorry MrBurns feels I have let him or this member down, but assure you I have no control over it and the matter is out of my hands.
Comments Regarding the Team Moving Forward.
Team Poker Titans was set up by me so we could have a little bit of fun and banter on the tables with the other teams in the Monday Forum DTD. As a consequence of this we have also without a doubt been able to help new players improve their game. There are a certain number of team members who are always offering advice and contributions to the tem thread. There are also some team members who rarely if ever post at all.
It is unfortunate however, that we have 60 players in the team and yet only 15-20 of those actually play regularly in the Forum DTD on a Monday night and even less post on the TPT thread regularly. But we have always accepted that you only need to play if you want to or are available.

You have been a member of the team for less than 6 Months, you rarely play the Monday Forum DTD and you were not around when the initial talks regarding the Team Name Change were discussed which had been ongoing for quite some time.
The Name change to "Team Poker Titans" from "Team Poker Trev" was suggested by our vice captain FlyingDagg and the reason it was implemented was because it was suggested that players were joining other teams instead of ours because of the name. Everyone was happy with the change at the time and there were no complaints.
As far as your comments go regarding my position within the team, I can assure you of this..................
My position as Founder and Captain of TPT (Team Poker Titans) is not up for debate, discussion or a vote if that is what you are suggesting? It will NOT HAPPEN.
Players such as Waller, Pom, Yidette, Lambert etc are all entitled to leave the team as and when they see fit and all had there own individual reasons.
Players will come and go from time to time and some will just outgrow the team which is inevitable, but all in all we have been the most successful team on the forum imo and you are all to thank for that.
The railing and support has been second to none & I hope this will continue.
MOVING FORWARD.
It was suggested that when we reach 10000 post that we get Sky to put on a freeroll to celebrate this. You may not be aware but, I have already spoken to Sky about this and they have asked me to contact them when we reach the 10000 mark and they will set something up.
It was also suggested that we set up a facebook page, however, I mentioned that a TPT Website with our own discussion forum would be a better option. Most thought this was a good idea and at present I am currently developing the website in my own time and at my own expense, using the latest software available.
Similarly to all the Sky Poker Updates this unfortunately takes time and is something I am doing whenever I am not online playing or railing.
I also asked for suggestions from everyone regarding what you may find useful in sections of the website but have had little or non so far. But I can assure you it is all in hand and you will be informed when it is finished and ready to be rolled out.
What have I done or do for the Team?
I developed all the Logo's and Personalised avatars that most of the players use.
I rail at every possible opportunity when i'm available.
I have played in every single one of the Monday Night DTD Tourney's since the team began
I have supplied Shirts for any TPT Players that qualified for the Live SPT Tour on 2 separate occasions at my own expense.
I keep the team lists up to date.
I offer advice to players regarding poker, bad beats variance etc whenever they ask on the TPT thread.
I run the Orfordable League EVERY Friday Night for the Team Players and make sure we have prizes available for the winners.
I have spent numerous times on the phone to sky when players have not been entered for there Free Tournies.
I am developing a new TPT Website in my own time and at my own expense.
I even let FlashJonny have my place in the SPT Side Event on Saturday as he could'nt get a seat.
All of this is very time consuming, I don't expect or ask for any appreciation as I do it for the enjoyment, but I am a little dissapointed that a minority of players feel I am not leading the team.
You are all part of the team, the team thread is for help and suggestions, Tribulations and Cashes. If you feel something is worth considering which may be fun, enjoyable or of benefit to the team then this is where you should post them so we can discuss them.
MrBurns is a great player and has been an ambassador for the team since joining. I hope he reconsiders but if he doesn't, he will be sadly missed, however, I hope he understands that I am NOT responsible for other peoples actions and if those actions lead to a player being banned then I am unable to help them.

I do understand what you Trev but the point was you ignored it, thats what upset me. I didnt care what happened, I wasnt looking to get involved as I made very clear on my first mail to you. It was because he couldnt contact you and asked me to contact you so he could get advice from the you as team captian. I am sorry I have stroing principles and being ignored when someone asks for help crosses the line in my book. So thanks for the offer to reconsinder but I sat on it for 3 days before I got angry and did what I did. Thanks guys for your support etc over the time ive been in the team and as for the dtd most of you know i work til midnight on a Monday hence lack of involvment but i always rail the final tables if running still.
Dale you are a credit to the team, and all that is great on Sky Poker long may it continue.

I was unable to help with your request, so therefore there was nothing I could do.
I am sorry you feel I have ignored you but I can assure you that this was not intentional.
It's a shame that we have lost 2 more players today of a high calibre but I hope TPT can move on. Trevor has always done his best for the team as I have too and we do make mistakes with sometimes not very nice consequences. There are some things that I will be talking to Trevor about to try and improve the TPT experience for all our players. Poker is an enjoyable game and this is a great site to play it with a wonderful community. If people do have grievances please air them. If people do feel they need advice about their game then ask. It's not perfect amd it never will be but I hope we can all enjoy being in TPT and supporting each other and most imprtantly remaining friends on the tables with all former members.

I have just been catching up on the thread as i do every week.
I am one of the earliest members of TPT (team pokertrev) as it was then.
I believe that Trev does an amazing job for the poker titans is its now called..
I can't always play on mondays but do whenever i can, due to it being an unbelievable evening of poker, and the team side makes it a better evening in my opinion.
I do not post much on this thread mainly as i only play for fun, i do post if i have a gd cash, other than that just read it. Even when i couldn't play for around 6 months i came on at least twice a week to read this amazing thread, the tips, advice, laughs and general poker chat is what makes this such a wonderful thread..
What i think has happened the last couple of days is not what TPT is all about, we are all here to have FUN, which is why TREV started this team in the first place, whether you play poker for a living or just play occasionally in the DTD.
As i put earlier i very rarely write on this thread, but after reading the last few pages decided that i needed to say something. I hope that most of you agree with this.
Elsadog and steel are correct though if we have huge grievances, this isnt the place to air them...
Now lets all have FUN
After hours of great poker and great spirit i dedicate my finishes in the Main and Mini to TPT

Seems like there was some heated debate on the past two pages,
I have got to agree with others that the TPT thread is not the place for it.
People are responsible for their own actions, break the rules you pay the price.
If xxx has broken Skypoker's rules then that reflects on TPT, even VC's get banned.
There is no point in others getting involved in a situation that is outwith their control,
and it's sad to see some of our better and respected players decide to leave over this.
I have been a TPT member since it started and Trev & Dagg do a great job running it,
most of us only play for fun and with advice from better TPT players, hope to improve.
The only things of note I've won since TPT started are the monthly DTD and an Orfy,
so please keep the TPT thread friendly and fun, with advice to help us lesser players.
That's why this thread was started, to share advice and friendly banter.

Finally managed to take down a tourney after having some run bad for a while, think i started to play worse because of it. I'm sure we've all been there, every 3 outer hit all in pre flop, every draw got there, you can call in the card that will knock you out and it magically appears.
Havnt posted for a couple of days and was surprised and sad to read what had been going on in the puplic eye.
I have only been a member of TPT for a couple of month and did actually think that the name was Team Poker Trev when I applied.
I dont want to make a comment regarding the incident that caused the uprore earlier in the week, apart from giving Trev my full suport for all the free time he puts in to make TPT what it is.
I have already added a post earlier in the month stating how I feel about TPT and how it helped me to improve my game and also my table manners and long may it continue.
