You can only say that as you haven't yet had that slap on the legs - believe me it packs a punch!  (but maybe still not as badly as arsenic lol)

I watched it - actually I quite enjoyed it...........

I don't think I will be asking Angel to get me a drink at the bar ever again though lol.


Poker wise - Not a lot to report......
Managed to bink a sat into the £110.00 jobby Monday, but my AA didn't fair too well versus Mattbates 99 as he rivered a 9. Held on for a bit then got it in with 44 shortstacked & ran into 77. oh well.

Not sure I've ever come across anyone who gets aces busted so often!

I'm getting no joy in UKOPS events, although I have managed to get into most of the main events via satellite, so no real damage done to the BR.  In the meantime, I snuck a win in the 10.30pn Quickdraw last night.

I know m8 - its just awful, aces seem to be my nemesis. Very hard to fold them pre-flop, impossible infact.

Hi all

Just a quick post from me.  I've been playing like a lemon this week - not enjoying the game at all and have only been playing because it's there rather than I actually fancy it.  Don't know if that makes any sense to anyone but I know what I mean lol.

Played a few DYMs last night - which I really enjoyed (played 6 x £16.50 and won just 4 of them so not enough to retire on yet lol).  Playing those DYMs though seemed to reignite my love of the game and I played a few sats to the 9pm BH game just while waiting for the DYMs tables to get a bit fuller.  Managed to bink one of the sats to the £55 BH game and suprised myself by reaching the FT.  Couldn't quite TID though but got to HU with RUNITSRANN.  Managed to get 7 heads during it aswell.

I too have played just cause it's there, rather than because I enjoy it, I'm hoping my enthusiasm will come back soon, but Family matters are more important to me at the mo, so just playing a couple of games on a Monday OR Friday when I'm not up in Blackpool.
