    I need to be a bit diplomatic too, but I would like to see the tour succeed. Many in UK Poker owe the GUKPT a lot, I think. To me, with what its profile should be, success would be 300 runners per leg, and far more satellite qualifiers. Now then, special bonus for a good photo of Scotty77 please. Some say it might be impossible....

    I would LOVE it to be successful, Rich, as it was THE first real Tour, I have great memories of it, & it was responsible for all the Live Tours we now see, it was a real groundbreaker, taking over from the previous local Fessies.

    Maybe the week-long Fessies will make a comeback, who knows?

    Meanwhile, we can all stay @ home & play @ Sky Poker.com. Now that one IS growing, like no other.

    Nice to see that Lum Wong Ming is relaxed on the feature table but he makes me nervous each time he is in a pot and doesn't cover his cards!!

    There is a VLV Quarter Final at NINE PM (2100) tonight.
     
    1 in 5 go through to join the players below in tomorrow's Semi-Final.

    Tomorrow week, at LEAST one player will get a phone call from Sky Poker, "congrats on winning your £10,000 package to Las Vegas".

    115 of the 153 runners remain @ the end of Level 6, & they are now on a 15 min break.

    Chip Leader is Tim Blake, aka T8MML, which is a truly remarkable story.

    If you take a look on the Sky Poker You Tube Channel, you will see I interviewed him in Vegas last year, he was bright & bubbly, never ever moaned, always cheerful, my idea of a proper bloke.

    3 weeks later he had a massive stroke, & was totally paralysed down one half of his body.

    His recovery was slow at first - in fact, many of us were surprised he recovered at all, & facebook was rammed with "get well soon" messages for him, but even though he is still in quite poor physical shape, he is on the mend.

    Mother & I had brekkie with him & his long-suffering missus this morning, & he told us the whole story of his recovery, we were welling up.

    Ouch - Wum Ling Ming is OUT.

    I arrived on the scene of the car crash a bit late, but I think he had K-Q v A-J, Board gave him 2 pair, but that gave villain the straight.

    What a grand chap he is, too. Believe it or not, he is 59 years old. Incred.

    Came accross as a very likable chap on teh stream. VUL Wum Ling Ming but vwp and I hope he now has the bug for live poker.

    Btn calls bb peels

    Flop 862hh ck I bet 1.8 Btn folds bb calls

    Turn 5h for 2nd nuts...bb ck I bet 3.5 bb ck raises to 7.2.  I shove for 19k total 12k more

    Bb tank calls with k6o for middle pair no draw.

    When Tikays can u find a nice picture of a gift wrapped present plz.
