Joe Grech - A-9 man - has been a bit grumpy today, & generally dissing the younger players. He was giving it large all afternoon, & I think Sam may have enjoyed that coup.
Yesterday, when Jingle had that K-K jobbie v A-9 (the nines tripped, but Jingle river-housed) Joe was a little bit out of line, suggesting "everyone & his wife knew the A-9 had hit trips". That's called aftertiming.
Joe is OK, but when peeps run bad, & the bankroll gets a bit low, that's when you see bad mouthing & niggley comments.
There seems to be some pretty dreadful news from the Spurs Bolton game.
