Wow, this is a pretty sick spin up from £40 Paul!

You had any nice MTT binks or has it mostly been a slow grind?

Can I ask why you're still playing 2p/4p? It doesn't bother me, if it works and you're happy stick to it imo, I just remember getting tons of people moaning at me for playing 2p/4p when I had as little as £300. Any plans for the future?

Its a good question. last night was an execption as there wern,t many tables running and when youve got players going all in every time you bet into them on any 2 cards as above its hard to get off, but its something i,m seriously cosidering given up although i do love 2p-4p in a way as its where i started on here and keep going back as its so easy.
Also i still don,t think my cash game is quite good enough for some of the higher levels and yes i,ve had a few little MTT binks for around £100 each and £200 in one, but still feel i,m due a biggie hence why i want to incorparet more satelites into my play and Timed Tourneys etc (satelited into a few £50 games recently and done nothing when getting there so heres to hoping i wil get there eventually but stil enjoying playing which is the main thing and hopefully with resizable tables on there way i may be able to up it from 4 tables at last

I will be playing some NL10 and dipping in and out of NL20 as well in the next month

After playing well out of my roll and going on -70 to plus 50 back to level i decided to call it a day at level. I made the most pts ever in a session - about 300 and went from 200+pts to 600+

Will update although i,ve got a cpl of small ( added value,bonuses etc )MTT,s to play on other sites tonight

Off to Bpool shortly  for a few drinks so not sure whether i,ll be back in time
I may stay in Bpool and play one of the nightly tournaments there in one of the 3 casinos they have, but if i am back i,ll deffo be trying some more sats . Still never qualified for a UKOPS ME

Ps - UL on missing out on a seat the other night but WD on getting the cash overla off £50 - should pay for your satelites. I just missed out on a £73 cash overlay on Day 1 . I would have put the majority back into satelites but definately won,t be buying directly

Hopefully catch u in one of the Main events - preferably on the FT - fingers crossed

Went to Bpool - Didn,t get in to any tournaments (Johno4 i think he is on here was bit worse for wear and couldnt get in the Grosvner or the Paris - sorry Ski lol) and TBH so was i . After a day and night on Bpool front drinking , kareoki . and strippers lets just say i i almost spent My BR - well to much anyway  - all good fun tho but it does mean it pretty much wiped out my weekend as i suffered for my sins ( not used to drinking thesedays) . 

Which basically meant no poker and the need to get str8 back into it tommorow and start getting some hours in this month - might go for 2k pts which would be most ive got before

Got dragged into one of those crazy games last night - just 1 cash table - early hours at NL20 with a £20 pull up . Couldn,t leave as there was far to much value at stake but lost 31/2 buy ins for £70. I didn,t tilt - just got UL so not to fussed

I also post in Punters corner on an array of sports and have decided to take money from my poker BR to fund some of these bets. Not all of them and any winnings will not be put back into my Bank Roll so i will be deducting another £10 from my poker BR to pay for my golf bets which i do each year for the majors - If i win i,ll put the £10 back

Good question

TBH i don,t really know as the only records i keep have been on this thread

When i started with £40 i was playing NL4 a lot more as i knew it was a safe way to build a decent BR, but it has been boosted a few times by decent MTT results

I,ve ssen your diary and noticed you doing well at this level. I still remember something TK said a year or 2 ago on  Sky TV about this level "If you can manage to make 3 buy ins a day (£12) you,ll not go far wrong" and thats pretty much what i set my targets at to start with.

When i start playing again i,ll probably go over this thread and see where my strongest results are and take it from there although i,m guessing its probably through low stakes MTT,s

Got my first session in for about 2 weeks i thin albeit for an hour only playing 1-2 tables (10NL - with a £3 cap which when you thinkk about it - theres bigger pots in NL4 and 1 table of NL20 where i mixed it up a bit more like 3 or 4betting weak hands oop and slow playing some good hands - Might not be optimal but worked well

Just playing in  a $15 Freezout elsewhere . Started with 3k . Got down to 67chips and somehow i,ve now got 14.5k and never seen so many AK,s and holding up

Some more bad results as well as £10 for the main , but luckily played the mini rebuy and i,m currently on the FT bubble so got £92 locked up there , but got a decent stack and going for the win
