    was unlucky [well, lucky really] not to meet K8LOU in the final he was knocked out by the same unconventional opponent that beat me in the final. blinds were high and he won the resulting shove-fest. there's value to be had in that tournie. just need to learn how to extract it. wont pay for a UKOPs entry though. last attempt tomorrow.

    Another total utter nightmare today, would you beleive I bust the semi AGAIN !!!!! with 5 to go, got it in flipping and he gets there, Im now on a £700 downswing playing sats, it cant all be runbad I must be ddoing something wrong, maybe im approaching them wrong, any advice guys ????

    maybe one of the experts in the team could do a little strat article for team members?

    post the hand with the ther chip stacks in the clinic, have you tried using ICIMIZER to analyse spots like that? free software tells you what hands can be pushed / called in bubble, STT, final-table situattions. yoyu get 3 free calculations a day. good for reviewing key hands.

    Yeh that guy was soooooooooo bad, only play that to help me get abit of confidence back because im running so bad atm, there is alot of value to be had, that tourney would be really good if they put an £11 or a £22 but in in there, as for sats I can say I have ran really really bad but as I say I cant be playing my A game because im soooooo tilted, I must of bubbled every ukops main grrrrrrrr, can you use software like that on sky mate becuase Ino tracking software aint allowed ??? Im pretty confident in them type of spots but even if it adds 2 percente its all beneficial ayyyy

    no it's not in game. it's for post-game analysis. you plug ranges in and it'll tell you if your call / shove whatever made sense from an ICM view point.

    Hi guys and gals

    Many thanks for the great rail last night on the main.  Sorry I couldn't go further with the TPT flag but at least I manged a min cash for 18th place.  IrishRose - £238.52

    Played relatively well for the first few hours I think - but I went on tilt so easily after losing half my stack.  I really need to work on that as I know I could have done better.

    Good luck to all tonight.  Will try to rail a bit later if I can get multi tables up again.  For some reason every time I load a lobby it freezes my computer for 1 or 2 minutes.  Driving me mad but can't seem to fix it.

    In the 8pm Main Event due to qualifying a few weeks ago.  I'll hopefully see a few TPTers on tables!!

    Seems like a pretty standard spot then and just unlucky you couldn't hold. You got your chips in first, which is the most important thing when holding a potentially vulnerable hand. If you'd called off your tourney with 33 for example, then I'd say thats something that might want looking at, but open shipping 88 is all gravy.

    Wiiiiiiiiiii Back in the land of Poker after my Blackpool Trip........

    Weather was awful.....Blackpool Lights & Trams etc cancelled due to bad weather....it was that bad foam from the sea was on the Tram Lines & blowing up the road lol.

    Couldn't get on the Poker so just got drunk for 2 days instead.


    Just catching up with the thread now.

    Well done on all your cashes and best of luck to anyone playing the UKOPs main Tonight.

    some hints on posting hand histories, and it doesn't always work:
    • always use your web browser to grab the hand from the MY SKY POKER tab above the forum - it won't work from the tables or the download client.
    • the site has issues with the chrome browser, it wont grab for me, i use firefox
    • grab from the word 'player' at the top left of the hand history - if you go above that or by the hand ID it doesnt format properly
