going through exactly the same m8 it happens as you said just keep at it plus that c4p will take a bit off the sting, it will hang around a certain level for a point but then you will get those winning streaks again and boom your back on track :)

nope nothing you can do but you cant do anything about bad pop stars like jedward in eurovision song contest either thats just life. All you can do is vote for who you like if any and get um in good. Life deals us shi t hands but we continue anyways and are stronger for it dont you think :) anyways dev its 2012 and the world ends this year so any br make is pointless anyway so we may as well just have fun with it. PARTY ON DUDE :)

    Ok Dev,

Enough of this negative talk, lets face it if you carry on this rate ( more than doubling your bankroll every month ) you will reach the target figure in less than 3 months. :-)

    Onwards & upwards m8.

    hi Mike,
    tbh m8 think u r spot on.
only had a couple of bad days really i think,
but as i said at least i went for it on the 5,s & 11,s.
would have been so easy to "play it safe"
should be interesting to see how i play it nxt time, presuming i get there again.
    anyways,
    1 day at a time,

standard day dev you didnt lose much which is all you can ask for, making a nice profit in a day is a bonus when we do. DYM are always going to go like that so it just means you have to try again tormorrow. C4P is nice but put that out of your mind until its in there. At least you dropped down when things didnt go great and if you stick to that you wont go far wrong. GL m8 and keep on trekin :)

Also do you think you will stick to dym next month or are you gonna try out a couple of mtts?

    Hi Ian,
    With regards to trying MTT's.
I felt i was getting a little stale just playing DYM's so , being a member of the HITSquad , i have been playing the Monday night DTD competition, which i have found really enjoyable (and profitable so far!).
It only costs a fiver to enter all 3 MTT's so good value imo.
I'm still playing DYM's at other times and using the money from them to play MTT's.

Variety is the spice of life !

    hi Mick,
good 2 heat your mtt,s going well.
as u say variety is the spice of life.
yes, dym,s do become very robotic after several 100,i am going to go through all my posts
after tomorrow just to count up no. of games i,ve played this month...
    any guesses just 4 fun?
i am going to see this challenge through b4 giving mtt,s a go i think.
not sure if i will be able to continue as i have been, playing just about every day,
but as long as i am enjoying it,u never can tell.
still a long way 2 go.just a shame the £11 & £5,s let me down just as it was getting interesting.
still optimistic and if anything even more determined to succeed with this mission.!!!

Hi Dev yes i play dyms quite a bit, usually anywhere between £11 and £22.
Just got off playing your mate, Dazzler, i will leave him to tell the storey as im sure he will call it a cooler rather than bad beat.
What time are u usually on ?

    Gary (Largearce)

    Bye and good luck

Dev we all start where we think is best or where our bankroll allows, you seem to be doing fine.
Find a level your comfortabe at stay there untill your roll allows u to go a level higher, I find there is a big gap, between the lower stake levels and the slightly higher, Some of the lower stake levels have good players, who just cant afford to play higher, but some players are learning and will call with any 2 cards and want to be involved in as many pots as possible. This causes me great problems as it takes the bluff element out of the game and brings in the luck element. You dont get this as much at higher levels as people can fold a hand.

    Keep it up

    Gary

    hi again Gary,
just hit a brick wall atm,
feel i,m playing ok so i,m still quite happy.
i have only played 8 games @ £11 and lost 7 so i soon found out the hard way just how important it is to play within your b/roll.but with this being a challenge i am trying to get up to £1000 asap.
so i need to take the odd risk along the way.
hope to get back up there again so if/when i do,i,m sure we will end up doing battle together at some point.
    best wishes & be lucky,
    :-)

Good results there dev and good way you have crunched your numbers wish i could do that, although i prob could im just too lazy. Didnt realise you played that much until i saw it on paper so to speak. It kinda shows how much of a diffence the £5dym and above make in relation to C4P becasue i played more of the £5 games which really bumped it up towards the end. Well done on your free roll cash how did you find playing it? as i think ive started off rumers of you now being an mtt player (chuckle chuckle:) I must say dev ive followed this from the start and you sound like a top bloke and spured me on to try out the dym games which i didnt consider doing before so thank you for that buddy you pulled me over to the darkside now only if i could do the same and get you too play some mtts ;)
