What can i do with point other than enter freerolls which have cash rebuys. because i dont really play rebuy tourneys (exept fo some qualifiers) they seem to be useless to me, can i save then to enter the bigger tournaments or anything?

Does anybody know what the range is for the percentage of hands your supposed to play pre flop, e.g. you get dealt 50 hands, you play 25 of them, it's 50% (just making it clear).
