Sky Poker Sit and Goes-Why not improve them?

what is going on?
I regestered for a £5 double up earlier and the site was running rearly wierd. folding my cards before I had time to play them.Everyone seemed to be having problems but dispite this I cashed. But the point is I enjoy a proper gameand this was a farce. Does anyone know if it is a server problem or what?

I would like to try a tournament but never have much time and do not know how long I need. Can some one point me in the right direction are there tournaments that take an hour or two for example and what is a good tournament to start with that does not require a lengthy commitment?

Why don't Sky Poker like admitting they got it wrong?
I entered a £5k Roller Direct tournament tonight and the structure said it started with 300 chips, 5 minute blinds. When it started, everyone had 3000 chips. Not ideal for me, as I couldn't play for the extra time it would take, but I played as long as I could. The structure or even a refund is not the real issue for me.…
