yes. I eventually found it - didnt notice it up the top of the window, as it had been added as a TV Table, which means any hands which go on there, you can submit them to the TV pundits for analysis!! how cool eh!? I played it, eventually busting an hr & qtr in 194/595...here is my exit hand, where I had a STR8 and my oppy turns over cards to make a F/Hse!:-

Tends too happen gary, u where a little unlucky, but I think a raise on the button there would miby have your opo folding pre,  not all the time its gets through but alot of the time it does.
  • edited May 2014
Ahh, that is unlucky! I guess it happens sometimes, just got to dust yourself of and try again :)

Didn't realise the Social Freeroll was a TV table yesterday!! Kinda wish I had played now!! :p

    Day 144 (Saturday)

    Played 1 x £2.20 @ 2:20 (result: out very early)

A bit un-representative. I got called away within the first five hands and had to go - unavoidable circumstances. Someone jammed on me and I just called because I needed to go, did have AQ un-suited but it wasn't good enough!

    Balance now £90.82.

    Day 145 (Sunday)

Played 1 x £200 Bounty Hunter (result: out fairly early)
    Played 1 x £100 Deep Stack (result: 9th/92 for £5.98)

Another cash in a deep stack, really starting to think I've found my niche in poker. Considering doing another mini challenge, playing 100 Deep Stack's, thoughts?

    Balance now £92.30.

Gl, on your mini challenges, remember your notes was reading earlier, one thing I'm pretty hopeless at, but do seem too remember most players I come a cross , but set the colour codes as well, red = honkin        green = friendly or team member.       Yellow = good.      Blue = I like this players name.....
In all seriousness though, it is something I have too work on if I'm  going too be playing cash more regular.

    Hey guys!

Been away for a while for many reasons; busy at work, the World Cup, spending time with the girlfriend etc. etc.

Anyhow, I've got the poker bug again so I'm going to start playing a little more. Don't think I'm going to limit myself to a specific type of poker, just going to play whatever I fancy for now and have fun :-)

Will still be updating my progress of course. At my last update my balance was £70.87, I have withdrawn some of that to leave a nice round £50 in my account. Will update the first post now!

Feel free to leave me messages and let me know how you guys have been :-)

You're right, I am not properly following BRM since my comeback. I have decided to focus on enjoying my poker for now rather than specifically aiming to increase my balance.

Satellites and MTT's are my favourite form of poker, even though DYM's are probably more profitable for me - sometimes I just get fed up and bored of DYM's though :/

As long as you can afford the loss / or to reload your account, it has to be worth taking a few shots.

At the end of the day, unless you getting to the point where the grind is bringing meaningful sums of money, fun and enjoyment has to be one of the main reasons for playing - any wins are just a bonus!

And hey, it only takes one good satellite performance followed by a bit of tournament run good and you could be insta-rolled for a year of micro-stakes :)

    ps - run good!
