Contact Customer services, have the details of your MTT ready. Two ways to go about it, both available through the green link bottom left of most SkyPoker pages.
You can go live chat, refund may be quicker but I imagine the queue will be large. Also not everyone who handles customer service is 100% aware about the on going SkyPoker issues.
The other way and the way I would if I didn't need a snap refund is to go through the email link. Sometimes takes longer but you issue is fully looked at and you always get a full reply.
I know your doing ure Mod thing for Sky Tom but this is a joke. For the reason were gona end up losing players, Its started d/c again that's 3 times, and Sky customer chat has the front to say its all fixed.. As I type this its went again.. Lol and the 500 quid freeroll is not going to make anything better it's lot of players in good positions in tournaments and they game finished.

I'm leaving that for the moment. Mainly because on Friday night Sky Adam and on Friday night Sky Lee started such threads. This is the players one. I have no details on what is actually happening the techie end, I'm trying to get all of our grievances and concerns together. If the problem continues I am sure a Sky_(first name) will start another such thread.
Currently 12th/12 place in the £22 Early semi for tonights roller. 11 places win seat, 12th £66. Site has crashed three times on me mid hand, so from being comfortable on for a seat c10th place, blinds and lost pots take me down to this position. Will not be happy if I miss out!
We are desperate for a sky rep to post on here and let us know what is going on! I mean people who want to play the roller and spend £110 of there hard earned are thinking is it worth it? IMO sky should come out and say that if there are any problems this evening ALL players will get a full refund if we are not in the money. Where as if we are in the money then paying out according to chip stacks is fine. But please please please some one from sky post on forum about what is happening. Terrible IMO Posted by macapaca
As last night I was flying in top 5 in primo and after the 2nd 20min glitch, my head was gone and went in tilt and stacked off!
This wouldn't of happened with no software issues at the time as I was in the zone lol
To make it worse, I then bust and then 10 mins after it crashes again and every1 gets refunded and paid out!

I got told by chat that i could only be refunded 10 points for the freeroll i was playing . . not the DYM i was playing because i was only having problems on the freeroll!

Glad it isn't just me then that's basically being fobbed off as a liar then. By the looks of things the errors aren't being reported properly so they can add that to the list of technical issues they need to sort out. I've emailed skybet to complain so it will be interesting to see the response there. I really like skypoker as a whole but this is awful. Based on what has happened, I'm nervous about entering the roller tonight as I may lose connection then get told I didn't when I complain.

We're still looking at the issues we've experienced and doing our best to ensure they don't happen again tonight. Unfortunately some issues are not easy to get to the bottom of. We also encountered some network issues beyond our control this afternoon which may have affected your site experience. Please contact customer care if this is the case and they will assist you.

Mac, you get more response from that route during the week. I did say it was a slower option, just that it ends up with a much better resolution on average in my experience.

Booted up live chat again and had a refund within seconds. As TommyD pointed out it seems to be a hit or a miss. Thankfully I won the flip on this occasion. Pleased with sky again now!
