    Okay so finally got a start today. Had enough last night to play the forum dtd which was a failure really, managed a min cash in one, ran bad all the way through as I did in other ones. In fact since the start of UKOPS its all been a bit of a disaster, ran bad and played worse. Anyhow managed some small profits from today after another day of some sick beats, played well in some of the timed ones for good profits. So after 2 reloads im up and running after a few binks.

    Loving shuvs' thread in punters corner, what a read! And now just catching up on some LOTR muhaha! Like a sad G**. Got a mock interview in the morning, could be fun with a severe lack of preperation, its not worth a thing though so its another thing that im lacking motivation in. A bad attitude really. Also congrats to LjamesL who just had a huge bink of P********S fr.. Top work.

    Hmph, everyone seems to like Connery, he is good I agree, but not as good as Craig. Dalton FTW! Just finished watching th Lord of the Rings trilogy again, for the sextillionth time. And am currently reading another one of my fantasy books (Robin Hobb), I lead such a boring life ;) Contemplating moving to New Zealand when im older. It looks incred, or try and go travelling around that area of the world.
    So current BR 
    Last night was sort of okayish. Deposited 55 seperately again to play the 55BH, was going great until 2 bluffs in the space of 3 hands sent me packing in 15th or somewhere around there with some heads for about 90 pound. So withdrew the lot. Played some smaller tournies, went deep in a 2 pound BH, again got caught bluffing at the end, why I never learn I do not know! Going to post a couple of hands up, one a bit of a brag but I loved it, then karma kicking in 2 hands later lolol. So made a little bit of money yest. Was down to my last 13p, all my eggs were in one basket so to speak in a £5.50 timed which I manged to end up 3x my stack so 15 overall. Got the start I needed, just need to kick on a little bit more until im comfortable at 100£ or so. Volume is an issue though but hey, dont mind it taking months or even a year if the volume isnt there.

    Tough last month really starting from UKOPS. Either way, running horrific atm. Am rushing as im dashing out but basicalling BR is stuck between 10-30 atm and not going anywhere. Confidence is not high but hey, I know I can do it if I focus. Bubbled 2.20@2.20 today, the money wasnt the issue its just the principle, bubble boy again. Will give full update later or tomorrow morning. Going to wind down with the lads now. Got to post exit hand from 300gtd rebuy. Thats the 7th in a row iv got to showdown with AA and come out behind. Thinsg can only get better.

    Its interesting, if I was an absolute nit then you fold the river dont you? In this spot I either have a monster or am just firing 3 streets in pos. My image basically got me paid though me thinks :) UL.

    Played a fair few tonight. Deposited some money to play the main and 22pound BH, but they didnt work out. Grinded with my br, cashed in a 5 pound bh and a 250 gtd to push it up a wee bit. Then decided to gample and play the 2k 11 quid one, with a few others. Took down one of the 2 pound BHs for around 90£. Then managed to bink the 11£ 2k, (3rd time in like 6 attempts I think, maybe more) for 450£!!! Didnt run well early on, but got some vital double ups when needed and made ft with fighting chance. Some tough players there too, nice result though and happy after the past month or so has been pretty brutal. Got the roll to start grinding, just not the time atm, uni work is taking over and alot has to be done. But now I have the start I wanted I feel alot happier. A more conversational diary will follow tomorrow :)

    Hi bud, well refrain from bluffing if this is the case. If your going to bluff then pick your opponent, make mental notes throughout how they have played the hand and remember in the latter stages. Your not going to win a tourney without a few good bluffs.

    Yeah agree the challenge title is a bit pointless now. TBH though I think it was a pointless challenege in the first place, Wacko is obv a tournament beast and trying to grind his BR up from £5 is a complete waste of time and ability imo.

     Could I ask a Q re the 58 hand.  You raise OTB with 58,  would you have folded to a raise?  And how big would that raise have to be?  OR is it very oppo dependent?   JUst curious...
