I thought my connection was lost in the bh sat 5.15 so i registered for the 6 oclock one and that wont open  so now ive lost 2 entry fees, any compensation?

Why when ever I try and speak to some one online chat you get through to some one who just does not seem to care!

What is the point of having the service if they are not going to provide you any!

The only useful medium of contact with sky is through this forum.

100% agree

the live chat team are absolutely useless from my expierience and they should be issued with their p45's!! also get some good honest english grafters in instead of people from different planets!

   am due to play freeroll at 7pm & can only play 1 table at a time on my computer am currently 2nd of 4 on DYM so if not resolved by 6-45 could u just refund buy-in cheers  dtw
