Why when ever I try and speak to some one online chat you get through to some one who just does not seem to care! What is the point of having the service if they are not going to provide you any! The only useful medium of contact with sky is through this forum. My 2cents sorry.

This is taking the mick now. Almost been an hour!! Im in the B/H semi to get in the tournie 2nite @ 8 pm and there 92 players left with the top 28 getting a seat, if it goes on much longer then would they have to put ALL 92 players in???

I registered for the £50 - £3.30 tourney at 6.15, it didn't open and I can't find it anywhere. Still waiting for a refund.

Have since registered for the £2.20 tourney that was due to start at 6.30, but this has now been put back to 6.45. Wondering if I should cancel my registration, just to be on the safe side.

Apologies are nice guys, and appreciated, but I think I speak for all players when I ask for an explenation....

They will have to I think. It will be unfair to just refund the money for the sat because that won't be the right for the players who are near the top of the leaderboard. And I think it's been over an hour now actually....getting beyond a joke!!!

i presume we are all getting refunds for tournaments entered which have not started? i registered for the £200 bounty hunter which has now been removed from the poker lobby but has kept my £5.75

i love playing on sky and the people on the site are mostly great people but sky poker isn't exactly the biggest poker site around and i've never had the problems i've had with skypoker on any of the other sites( no names mentioned as the last time i done they removed my post)

Dissappointing that this site always seems to incurr so many problems.

i was regeistered for the 7.0 freeroll but now it says i'm not registered on any tables.

although its a freeroll table, i was registered, said it would start in 5 minutes then the whole tournament has disappeared, whats happened...i have only been with this site a week but ladbrokes and bet365 never seem to have any problems

just been on to the customer care team who say that any mtt's which have not strted you will be refunded and if they have started they will commence where it left off.
and the guy doesnt know whats going to happen to the shed freeroll as his answer was that he would imagine every1 will be refunded for that too lol

Like i said in a previou post even if the site was working now then we still need to get from 92 players to 28 for entry into the 12k B/H its not possible is it???

All will be well in the end, these things happen on any site that is trying to evolve and improve it's standing in the online poker world.....Poker.com had hellish problems for a long time...all i can say is things will only get better, sky poker will become a major force over the next few months.

Any thing invested and lost will be refunded......it is not lost really just locked up.
