from the chat i had with customer care they clearly dont know whats happening to the shed freeroll as the guy said every1 will be refunded, he is either mistken or clearly doesnt know the meaning of the word 'freeroll' lol

just bin on the poker chat and asked  1 of the agents and they said all the MTT games have been paused and will resume when they have fixed it they said they dont have a timescale but hopefully wont be to long woop woop

I never had a problem with pokerstars and more freerolls and game choice and bigger pots only down side for me is its in dollars

All will be well in the end, these things happen on any site that is trying to evolve and improve it's standing in the online poker world.....Poker.com had hellish problems for a long time...all i can say is things will only get better, sky poker will become a major force over the next few months. Any thing invested and lost will be refunded......it is not lost really just locked up.

Yeah but i DONT want a refund...i was running well in the B/H semi and feel that I had a good chance of getting a seat into the tournie at 8pm so would rather play then get my money back! Im sure theres many people that feel the same way!!
