Hoggers you still going round mates to watch footy, theres loads of snow in north london, I live 4 miles from WHL. I wonder if they will cancel the game.

As for your BR, its still pretty much intact after your big ME wins, I wouldnt be too concerned.

I have far from been keeping it simple.. sigh

Played another 5/6 hour session of 20nl yesterday, I am starting to get to know the regs a bit and the general dynamic of the games

This is costing me money!!! I am probably a massive cash fish, so i am studying the sessions and trying to improve.... I can't get any worse... I am hoping that this pays off if i stick to the 20nl level. Might have to drop down.. meh...

I will update the thread later with some hands, If i really want to depress myself! But it's got to be done to improve... In summary, i like to spew and I like to call too much lol- I have defo been watching Dohhhhhh too much, but my game is a poor imitatation.

    Current Bankroll £552.90

Cash for points 1840 (gonna make the 5k freeroll)

On the health/fitness side, i have now played squash three times this year. Hardly played poker this week as i have been busy at work and too tired in the evenings.... I am even booked for a five a side game on sunday... In the goal obv :)

Yo not really played the last few days... Just enough to creep over the 2k points barrier to get in the 5k freeroll

Tried a bit of mastercash 2 tabling 20nl last night...

    Hoggers

Surprised you havent dabbled more in the 6:30 pm rebuy, despite what jj says about structure its got tons of value. If a mtt donk like me can final table 6 times in 6 weeks and have loads of minor cashes, then you my friend can rinse it. PS

Will be a tough game vs toon today, they have bought well. Howay the lads! Isn't jack wilshere the best english midfielder since gazza, the boy is world class already.

    Sanjayyyyyy

That mtt defo suits me, and i dont mind the structure at all... but im usually a bit tired after work and a bit busy to play it... Wd on your scores tho... sure i will be there to annoy u at some point in the future.

Ooh la la at the Lane, loads of French misfits... yes always a tough game,... should be open and have goals, even if we have no strikers. I expect another amazing performance from Bale though to carry the team!

JW has a long way to go before u can claim him to be "world class" but yes he looks like an exciting prospect.

Wow, it's been 10 days since I posted last..

It's amazing how a diary can drift into oblivion if it is not updated.

I remember many good forum diaries from the past, like Batkin, Wackos, and some from the early days that disappeared, I dont wish mine to go down that route, as I am still fully committed to this Brazil challenge.

Poker wise, I have been a little up and down, lot's of near misses.

Life wise, I have been doing more non-poker stuff, like going out and actually doing normal social things. This is good. Off to Wemberlee tomorrow with Trip5 and Giant811 to watch Bradford crush Swansea... I pity the people sat behind Giant and I lol. #restrictedview

Just had a check of my account since i started this challenge on 26th November 2012, and i have rounded it off (as in withdrawn the original £11, and deducted all sky bet stuff too, so the bankroll you see (the final total) is pure profit on sky poker only since 26th November 2012 to present. This means it's easier to keep track of.

Going to do a study of hands and stuff at some point and will post some corkers up here. I think the plan for March is going to involve not playing any Mtts and grinding cash... Well that might last five minutes, as I LOVEEEE mtts... Oh well onwards and upwards!

    Current Bankroll £1,331.24

    1400 cash for thingys

I said this on 1st Feb...

"Plan is to go for it in February and if it isnt at least double by the end of the month I wont be happy...."

    The bankroll then was £570.04

The bankroll as of 2nd March is £1,277.43

    So... Plan for March?

Find a grind game... and double my roll again by the end of the month! also qualify for SPT Stratford and do well there...

Just a quick update today... I will do a hand review at some point...

    Onwards and upwards...

Excellent work Greg, well done indeed, keep it going. By the way, are you still playing J3 off as if it is the nuts cos i am, much to Dons disgust. May stick a hand on his diary page from last nights Orfy and blame you for what was a horrible exit.

Anyways keep up the good work and if it goes well you could even go for the Olympics as well.

Still keeping it simple on the Road to Brazil 2014??? :D

SPT Stratford and Dublin happened in the last 80 days, they don't pay for themselves...

I had always intended to bump this at some point... I will do a full update at some point I guess.

Can we just let this drift back to page 32 now please, until I win a big mtt? ty.

As a fellow forum diary writer, it's alot easier to keep a diary when people are reguarly contributing to your thread and showing support.

    I'm sure you'll agree Don.

I think us forumers should help Greg out as much as posssible by keeping this diary bumped on the first page as often as possible. Then maybe Greg will start posting more often.

Like on days when he doesn't final table the 8pm main, as well as days that he does.  ;)
